This private spacious vacation home is arranged over 2 stories with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms comfortably fitting 10 people (with additional sofa bed for two unexpected guests). The renovated fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining areas and multiple terraces provide a breathtaking view of Illes Medes, the Mediterranean and the rolling green hills.

The top floor provides 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms including the Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private terrace with beautiful (sea) views (also comes with a crib for parents who prefer to keep their infant in the same room). This floor also hosts the kitchen, living room and dining area with attached BBQ-equipped terrace (30m2) facing the sea.
On the lower level (accessible via an outdoor staircase) you will find the pool apartment with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchenette and a living area which opens straight onto the large private pool. Spend time tanning in the lounge chairs or grilling on the old stone BBQ located next to the pool.

Quietly nestled along a cul-de-sac, the property has ample space to park 3 cars (one big garage and two outside spots) and leave them as you go experience the local restaurants, shopping and nature. From the front door, it's a 600m leisurely walk to the large white sandy beach. On this short walk, you'll pass a multitude of local shops, restaurants and services. The area has several sports options such as golf (several courses), tennis, horse riding and water sports. In case you prefer not to be real active, the multiple terraces of the house allow you to choose between sun or shade for your ideal quiet vacation.
Whether you want to barbecue, tan or simply enjoy a quiet morning coffee while overlooking the sea, this versatile vacation home can meet your every need. We do not exactly recommend it but, in case you cannot live without it, the house comes with free wifi, a smart tv and a selection of dvd's.
