Cortijo La Rueda,las Alpujarras

Great romantic spot. Stefan and Naomi built a small paradise in the garden. Very good for quiet days and quiet nights. Wonderful walk past the river in the valley.

I had a pleasant experience in Stefan's rural house, it is a quiet place full of flowers, trees and fresh air. Everything in order and clean as advertised. I was able to extend my departure a few hours, thanks to good communication with Stefan. I'll be back to try the pool when it's less cold. Tuve una grata experiencia en la casa rural de Stefan, es un lugar tranquilo lleno de flores, árboles y aire puro. Todo en orden y limpio conforme a lo anunciado. Me fue posible extender algunas horas mi partida, gracias a la buena comunicación con Stefan. Volveré para probar la piscina cuando haga menos frío.

Stephan and Naomi are very welcoming people who are always there to help when needed. The small house, which has a very pretty view overlooking the valley, is very pleasant, relaxing and functional. It is in a romantic setting with a garden full of flowers and birds. An orange tree in front of the door provides the morning juice. And to finish a pretty swimming pool housed in the middle of the garden, heated for our stay and the bath of December 31 under a very beautiful sun. Hard to find better! Stephan et Naomi sont des personnes très accueillantes et qui sont toujours là pour aider quand on a besoin. La petite maison qui a une très jolie vue plongeante sur la vallée , est très agréable, reposante et fonctionnelle. Elle est dans un cadre romantique avec un jardin plein de fleurs et d’oiseaux. Un oranger devant la porte fournit le jus du matin . Et pour finir une jolie piscine logée au milieu du jardin, chauffée pour notre séjour et le bain du 31 décembre sous un très beau soleil. Difficile de trouver mieux!

La casita de la rueda es una casita única, en un entorno privilegiado y con unos paisajes maravillosos. Aquí sólo se respira tranquilidad y paz, la súper aconsejo a todos los viajeros que estén buscando desconexión.

A complete change of scenery is what my husband and I were looking for, it was our piece of heaven. Everything is done, so we don't have to worry about anything.The house offers a splendid view of the mountains. This short stay allowed us to recharge our batteries and it feels good! Thanks to Stefan, who was very friendly. Le dépaysement total, c’est ce que nous cherchions mon époux et moi, c’est un havre de paix. Tout est fait pour être au calme. La maison offre une vue splendide sur les montagnes. Ce court séjour nous a permis de nous ressourcer et ça fait du bien! Merci à Stefan, qui a été très sympathique.

Wonderful place with wonderful amphitheaters. Totally recommended. Maravilloso lugar con maravillosos anfitriones. Totalmente recomendado.

Stefan y Naomi son dos seres de luz. Durante toda la estancia hemos estado super bien. La casita estaba muy limpia. En resumen: paz, amor, tranquilidad y desconexión... Lxs gatitxs muy lindxs! ¡Super recomendable!

From the second we booked, we felt very welcome; Stefan's a wonderful host and made sure that everything was ready for our arrival. We were looking for somewhere quiet for some R&R and this place certainly offers it for an excellent price. It was great having a private pool, which we couldn't find anywhere else for such a good rate. It was also useful having the host right next door in case we needed anything, but there weren't any problems whatsoever and we were left to enjoy our stay and our privacy.

Very pretty and rural setting in a small apartment with relaxing pool area. We had some lovely walks locally from the property and it was a great base to visit all the white villages in Las Alpujarras. Stefan and Naomi have obviously lived in the locality for many years and are on hand to provide helpful information if you need/want it.

What a great place to spend a few days relaxing. Stefan and Naomi were very welcoming and full of helpful advice and information. The house is great and the outside is so well maintained and absolutely filled with plants and flowers. We took out two dogs and they were made very welcome. The local area has interesting walks and Orgiva is only a few minutes drive away. We used the pool every day which is well kept by Stefan. We thoroughly recommend this oasis of tranquility.
