Have been coming to Moraira since 1984 and fell in love with the area and purchased a villa for family holidays the current villa we purchased in 2007 as we wanted a flat plot and a traditional Spanish villa we spend about 4 months a year there as we are semi retired our family also use it we have always rented our property as the income helps pay the overheads and leaving them empty for long periods is detrimental to them and hope others enjoy our family holiday home as much as we do
