Villa Delfines

This luxury 5* 4 Bedroom + 4 Bathrooms 8 berth + 2. Detached villa with large Infinity Pool, private and heated, commanding a breathtaking panoramic view of sea and mountains. We are located in the prestigious development of Monte Pego. This hillside village community is close to the beach and fishing port and Historic Town of Denia, set in a quiet location high above the orange groves on the hillside of Monte Pego. Situated approximately 5 miles from the sea and 2 miles from the old Spanish town of Pego.

Our villa comes with a Tower suite bedroom with French doors, that open out onto a private roof sun terrace, with sun loungers & seating, that overlooks the pool and offers tremendous views of sea and mountains. The main villa sun terrace has a Spanish style covered BBQ, with a hot & cold poolside shower + Spanish tiled table and seating for breakfasts in the sun, with sun loungers and parasol, where you can sip your cocktails while you watch the sun set over the mountains, and at night feel like you can touch the millions of stars sprinkled across the sky. The upper gardens are planted with palm trees and other delightful shrubs, which give welcome shade over the very extensive driveway and great for ball games and parking. A car is essential. There is a lower patio where you can sit in the welcome shade and enjoy the uninterrupted view of the orange groves, rice fields and sea.

The stunning views and incredible sunset and the tranquil location with a large pool, for total relaxation is what you should get out of a holiday at our villa.

Should you decide to stay at our villa my husband and I will help you, and can tell you a little about the local area, with its fiestas, water sports, golf courses, restaurants and tapas bars, in order to make the most of your holiday, we will answer any queries you may have.

PLEASE NOTE.... RENTAL PRICES:
Villa rental price is per/wk for up to 6 person's staying. Local Taxes and water + electricity, arrival cleaning are all included in the rental cost. End of stay cleaning charge £90 or 100€.

The Tower Suite Bedroom with on suite shower room and full A.C. + Private Roof Sun Terrace is all lockable, and the use of this facility is only available when booked in advance at time of booking and will cost extra when booked directly with us !

Up to 6 occupancy (6 person or less) can book the Tower Suite for an additional cost of £125 per/wk, (max 2 sharing) for Tower Suite facility.

Over 6 occupancy (person 7, person 8 ), Extra charge £130 per/wk.
Over 8 occupancy (person 9, person 10 ), Extra charge £50. pp/pw. (Maximum Occupancy 10).
(This charge covers extra cleaning, bed linen & towels + A.C. Electricity usage).

Pool Heating;

Extra cost, on request (low season only, Oct to May).
Cost per week. £140 or (165€).

Internet connection; Free

Deposit of 25% or (300€), per week, upon acceptance of booking. Balance and Security fee to be paid at least 8 weeks before Rental starts.

Returnable Security fee of £300 or (300€), for damage or for keys that are lost or not returned, misplaced.

Changeover Day:
Rental starts and ends on Saturdays (High / Peak Season only). Odd day (min 4) bookings only taken during low seasons. Villa available on day of arrival from 3pm, and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure to facilitate cleaning.

Utility Room:
Washing machine is situated in the downstairs utility room. There are also items for use in the pool and a beach umbrella, chair and cool-box for use at the beach.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:
Maid service between lets and weekly linen change. Please bring your own beach/pool towels, as these are not provided. Twice weekly pool cleaning, and weekly Gardener

Kitchen equipment & bedrooms
A fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge freezer, halogen hob and electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a toaster, coffee machine and juicer - oranges are very cheap and freshly squeezed orange juice every morning really sets you up for a serious day of sunbathing! A washing machine is provided for your use (less packing!!) and is situated in the downstairs utility room. There is also an iron and ironing board provided should you feel so inclined!

The villa's 4 bedrooms benefit from tiled floors which stay cool during the hot Mediterranean summers. The Tower Suite Bedroom & Master bedroom are beautifully furnished with king size beds and en-suite shower rooms + air conditioning. There are two further twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom. Two single sofa beds are available in the lounge, for additional persons, up to 10. A cot and highchair are also provided at no extra charge. All rooms have large ceiling fans, which help to keep you cool on those sultry nights.

There is an outside hot/cold shower, sun loungers and parasol, dining table with chairs and a beautiful Spanish style stone tiled table and benches for breakfasts in the sun. Towels and linen are provided, but you must bring your own beach/pool towels. There is a Maid service between lets and weekly linen change. A pool cleaner comes twice weekly during the summer months.

Please note: Arrival time is 3 p.m., and departure time 10 a.m. on final day.
