A luxury 5* villa with 4 Bedrooms + 3 Bathrooms, 8 berth + 2. Detached villa with private Tower Suite Bedroom and Large Infinity Pool (additional cost to rent Tower Suite and to Heat Pool). Panoramic view of sea and mountains, We are located in the prestigious development of Monte Pego. This hillside village community is close to the beach and fishing port and Historic Town of Denia, set in a quiet location high above the orange groves on the hillside of Monte Pego. Situated approx 5 miles from the sea and 2 miles from the old Spanish town of Pego. Our villa has a Spanish style covered bar and BBQ and hot-cold poolside shower. This villa has 4 bedrooms, of which the Tower Suite bedroom has it's own private roof sun terrace, a Large drive for ball games and parking. Tastefully furnished, the accommodation is on one level and comprises: large circular lounge with TV and DVD + Sony CD Hi Fi , separate dining area opening onto the covered terrace and patio (leading to the Spanish style covered bar and BBQ with sink and food preparation area where you can eat “al fresco” and enjoy the view of the spectacular sunsets over the mountains! ). At the bottom of the adjoining large private heated pool (33ft x 18ft) you can see the beautiful mosaic of four dolphins ... (hence the villa name), ....... " HOUSE of the FOUR DOLPHINS "...... enticingly lit at night with underwater lighting.

PLEASE NOTE.... RENTAL PRICES:
Villa rental price is per/wk for up to 6 guests staying. Local Taxes and water + electricity, arrival cleaning are all included in the rental cost.

The Tower Suite Bedroom with on suite shower room and full A.C. + Private Roof Sun Terrace is all lockable, and the use of this facility is only available when Booked in advance at time of booking and will cost extra when booked directly with us !

Up to 6 occupancy (6 guests or less) can book the Tower Suite for an additional cost of £125 per/wk, (minimum 2 sharing) for Tower Suite facility.

Over 6 occupancy (person 7, person 8 ), Extra charge £135. per/wk.
Over 8 occupancy (person 9, person 10 ), Extra charge £50. pw. (Maximum Occupancy 10).
(This charge covers extra cleaning, bed linen & towels + A.C. Electricity usage).

Pool Heating;

Extra cost, on request (low season only, Oct to May).
Cost per week. £145 or (145€).

Internet connection; Free

End of stay cleaning; extra charge £90

Deposit of 25%, per week, upon acceptance of booking. Balance and Security fee £300 to be paid at least 8 weeks before Rental starts.

Returnable Security fee of £300 or (300€), for damage or for keys that are lost or not returned, misplaced !

Changeover Day:
Rental starts and ends on Saturdays (Mid /High /Peak Season). Odd day (min 5) bookings only taken during low seasons. Villa available on day of arrival from 3pm, and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure to facilitate cleaning.

Kitchen equipment & bedrooms
A fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge freezer, halogen hob and electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a toaster, coffee machine and juicer - oranges are very cheap and freshly squeezed orange juice every morning really sets you up for a serious day of sunbathing! A washing machine is provided for your use (less packing!!) and is situated in the downstairs utility room. There is also an iron and ironing board provided should you feel so inclined!.

The Villa and bedrooms benefit from tiled floors which stay cool during the hot Mediterranean summers. The Tower bedroom has full AC and en-suite + Kingsize bed + private roof terrace. The master bedroom also fitted with full AC and French doors opening on to sun terrace, is beautifully furnished with kingsize bed, en-suite shower room and fitted safe. There are two further twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom. Two single sofa beds are available in the lounge, for additional guests, up to 10 max. A cot and highchair are also provided at no extra charge. All rooms have large ceiling fans, which help to keep you cool on those sultry nights + the lounge/dinner has full air conditioning.

There is an outside hot/cold shower, sun loungers and parasol, dining table with 10 chairs and a beautiful Spanish style stone tiled table and benches for breakfasts in the sun! Towels and linen are provided, but you must bring your own beach/pool towels. There is a Maid service between lets and weekly linen change. A pool cleaner comes twice weekly during the summer months.
