Finca Limonero has a fully fitted kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with twin single beds and 1 bedroom with full size bunk-bed and childs single bed. All bedrooms & living room have large ceiling fans. The living room area has 2 sofas, coffee table, tv & mini HiFi system, dining table & chairs, there is another dining table on the terrace along with coffee table and chairs. There is ample parking on the property and a large detached secure swimming pool (12 x 6 mtr),
Lovely situation for a relaxed family holiday without being surrounded or overlooked by many other holiday homes and noisy neighbours, relax on the terrace or by the large pool. A 20 minute drive will take you to the bars, restaurants and beaches of Puerto de Mazarrón, or further around the bay to the villages of Bolnuevo, Isla Plana or La Azohia, there are also many more beautiful rural beaches in this area, there are also a number of golf courses within the area.
The historical cities of Murcia, Cartagena and Lorca, where there is much to see, are only a 45 minute drive away. Among other sights Cartagena has a Roman amphitheatre and has been a major sea port for more than 2,000 yrs and it was from where Hannibal set off in 216 BC with his elephants to cross the Alps in an effort to conquer the Romans!

We have lived in La Majada for 19 years and started restoration of Finca Limonero in 2011 and finished in 2013. We love this area because it is still unspoilt and has many beautiful areas and beaches.
