Marbella Apartment

My apartment has two bedrooms - one double and one single with a living room and American kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven & hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine and all modern appliances - designed for easy living. There is a shower room and of course air conditioning. On the balcony is a eating area for 4 with distant view of the sea and space to sunbath. The wall hung television has access to Netflix and Sky via YouTube as well as a range of channels. The WiFi is in the apartment and powerful,
The communal swimming pool is open during the summer with a lifeguard in attendance and there are sun loungers for use on the balcony or the pool area.

Don Paco apartments are situated on Marbella's main road Ricardo Soriano and close to everything! The beach and main boardwalk with all it's restaurants, shops and cafes are just 4 minutes walk away and the Old town is 10-15 minutes walk down the road depending on speed and how many shop windows you look in. There is a large Mercadona supermarket just a few doors away and there are dozens of bars and restaurants all around. There is a chemist 3 doors away and a dry cleaners/Laundry just a little further on.

Across the road and about 100 metres down Ricardo Soriano is a huge new Gym. There are various public garages nearby and normally it is possible to park in the service road in front of Don Paco free of charge for unlimited time.
The nearest airport is Malaga and a taxi costs 60-70 euros, a Uber is less and there is a bus service with Advenza which must be pre-booked - tickets are seldom available immediately at the airport!
