Overview

This is a well kept property in the area of Miramar Golf, Los Dolses within walking distance of all amenities, local bars and restaurants and the La Zenia shopping centre. This property is well furnished and comfortable and comprises of a lounge/dining area and a fully equiped kitchen. The lounge has a ceiling fan.

Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, upstairs there are also 2 bedrooms and a showeroom (all the bedrooms have air conditioning ). Both upstairs bedrooms lead onto the south facing solarium terrace. The property is 200 yards from the communal pool. There is a TV, DVD, Wii and ipod docking station. There are two bikes and a set of golf clubs in the shed which also has many useful items for the beach. This property is ideal for holiday lets .Take a look you will find this property very favourable and well located. Back bedroom has a safe in the wardrobe to store your valuables.

This is a non smoking property but you may smoke in the outside areas but please use an ashtray.

Los Dolses plaza with supermarket bars and restaurants is 5 minutes walk away. And the well known Villamartin plaza is 15-20 minutes walk away from the property.

Torrevieja town is only a 15-20 minute drive where there are many attractions including a water park, a commercial centre, many nightclubs, bars and restaurants and beautiful beaches. There is also a small market and fair every Friday.

Terra Mitica theme park is in Benidorm about 1 and a half hours drive. There is also a zoo, a large waterpark and many bars, restaurants and shops.

There are also other places to go to like Cabo Roig with many bars and restaurants also there is Playa Flamenca and La Fuente.

There are 3 excellent golf courses nearby, Campomor, Villamartin and Las Ramblas. Villamartin golf course being the closest and in walking distance from the property.

You can walk to La Zenia beach in 25/30 minutes and is a 2 minute drive. Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig beaches being a 5 minute drive away.

You are welcome to use the BBQ, but you need to clean it afterwards (or use a disposable). Failure to do so will incur a £25.00 deduction from your damage deposit to cover the additional cleaning required.

Every thing you could need in the property, shops, restaurants & bars nearby. The Boulevard within walking distance.

The accommodation was well equipped, close to excellent supermarkets and restaurants. It was close to the pool area which was clean and empty most of the time we were there. The upstairs terrace was very relaxing.The kitchen had everything you needed, including the nice touch of an Ice box for the beach. The villa was close to some lovely beaches with good facilities. Although I have ticked good for family it would be great for a group of friends to stay in too. The check in and out was welcoming and easy and overall we had a very relaxing stay. Thank you

Hello, We are regular holidaymakers and no matter where we traveled in Europe and America we could never find fault with this region of Spain and found ourselves coming back on a regular basis. The markets, inland towns and villages are unspoilt and interesting, the beaches are so clean and sandy. Not to mention the locals being so friendly and welcoming. When we were walking from Le Zenia beach to Villamartin plaza we walked past these villas commenting wouldn't it lovely to own one of those. In Autumn 2013 during a half term break my husband kept being drawn to a property advert at a local estate agents to such an extent I suggested he went in and got the details, much to our surprise the villa was in the area of those we had walked past. The rest they say is history. We fell in love with the house as much as the area. We wanted to provide a home from home which was practical and well equipped.
