The peaceful and handy location of the complex provides not only relaxing time but also close distance to shopping facilities. Only 2 minutes from large supermarket, shopping centre (Punta Marina), bars and restaurants; 10 minutes walk from the sea and sandy beach. There is also sports centre and spa in walking distance.

The community area of the complex provides residents private pool, sauna and a parking space at your disposal.

The location of the apartment is ideal for those who wish to relax themselves (blue flag beaches, mud baths , long walks by the Mediterranean sea). The price of the apartment does not include cleaning charge of €60.
All rentals require a refundable security deposit of €150 which is returned after inspection.
