Spacious, both indoors and out, overlooking large pool. Quiet ,but close enough to a great selections of bars and restaurants at La Fuente centro commercial. Our 2 bedroomed townhouse offers a comfortable home for your holiday. Benefitting from good sized, airy rooms that are tastefully furnished throughout. The lounge has ample seating, ( double bed settee) smart TV . The dining area seats 6 and has plenty of storage space- we provide books , games as well as a selection of maps and information books about the local area to make your stay more pleasant. There are ceiling fans fitted in both the lounge and dining area for summer as well as heaters for winter nights. Doors that open at the front and back means that a pleasant cool breeze blows through the downstairs on hot summer days and evenings.

The kitchen has all the equiptment you'll need -including a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, air fryer, microwave, 5 burner stainless steel hob and plenty of pots and pans etc. also a separate utility room with an ironing board, washing machine and gas boiler.

There are 2 bathrooms - one upstairs with , toilet, bidet, illuminated mirror over the sink and walkin shower- downstairs there is a toilet, illuminated mirror over the sink and a walk in shower.

The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed with matching side drawers and lights and a good range of wardrobes with ample hanging space. Full size patio doors lead out to the balcony which overlooks the pool- steps from the balcony to the roof top solarium with fabulous views of La Manga and Mar Menor and the golf course.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds with 2 bedside drawers, light and ample fitted wardrobes ( built in safe is housed here).
Both bedrooms benefit from ceiling fans and AIR CON that can be used to cool or heat the rooms as required.

There are numerous outdoor spaces, front terrace, balcony, enclosed back garden and for real sun lovers a rooftop solarium. There are plenty of tables,chairs and sunbeds. The gated pool is a minute walk from the front of the property where there are more sunbeds available.

There are good bus links to the coast but to enjoy the area fully a car is recommended. 10 mins walk away there is a large supermarket and a number of bars with free wi fi. We are close to 3 famous golf courses and within easy reach of Alicante, Torrevieja and Murcia.
The villa is a great central base to explore from but also a place to relax. Bike hire is available locally - the canal run is nice and flat!!

The Campoamor Golf clubhouse is up the hill and is a good place to eat and drink while enjoying the views overlooking the fabulous golf course. There are numerous facilities available here including tennis, football, indoor pool and Gym for a small fee.

There are many beaches including Campoamor and La Zenia close by and the famous Villamartin Plaza all short drive or taxi ride away. ( approx 10 mins) For a taste of the local nightlife Cabo Roig Strip offers a number of late night bars and discos again just a short drive away.

PLEASE NOTE: We supply linen, towels(not beach towels) and cleaning before and after your stay is not included in your accommodation price & must be paid at the property . We also provide a complimentary bottle of wine, water, juice and a few beers for your arrival. Wi fi is available at the house at no extra charge
