It is located 10 minutes from the beaches of Moraira and Jávea. Calpe and Denia a stone's throw away. Only one hour's drive from Alicante and Valencia airports. So you have the choice between two airports.
The beautifully enclosed garden with beautiful plants has a swimming pool of 30m² with Roman steps. This pool can be heated at extra energy costs. The 3 bedrooms have air conditioning and a fan. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. Laundry room, kitchen with all appliances and a living room that opens onto the covered patio where you can relax.
A beautiful view of the village of Benitachel, which can be reached on foot. You can stay there with 6 people without any problems. The house is equipped with solar panels, which means your electricity consumption is low and ecological.

Energy that is not provited by the solar panals, can be charged.

Overall this was a brilliant property and the owner and key manager were lovely. Please note the advertised property does indicate a heated pool, but the pool became colder during our stay. When we queried this with the owner he said the heating of the pool was at an extra cost. When we explained that the property was advertised with a heated pool with no indication of an extra cost he agreed to heat the pool, so everything turned out fine. We would suggest the owner updates the property advert for clarity about heating the pool.
