Overview
This beautiful third floor apartment is situated within the Laguna Golf Apartments, a very popular compound within Orihuela Costa. The complex has a large gated swimming pool area (with adjoining child pool), an excellent children's play space, a tennis court and a football pitch. The complex itself is set in communal gardens which include a landscaped lake with dancing water jets and a waterfall feature.
The Complex:
When first entering the complex via any of the 4 secure gates the first feature you will notice is the beautiful gated swimming pool area. In the centre of a well maintained lawn area with mature trees and fixed natural parasols is the spectacular 20 x 20m pool with adjoining children's pool. During peak summer time this area is also patrolled by life guards during the daytime hours.
Exiting the gated pool area into the main complex there are seating areas to enjoy the quaint garden area with a mature olive tree surrounded by beautifully manicured shrubs finished off with an ornate water feature, the seating area is situated beside the children’s play area so you can supervise your children even while sitting in a picturesque garden.
Leading on from the main complex area, you come to the bridge which spans over the lake area giving a great view of the peaceful waterfall and dancing fountains. On reaching the other side of the bridge you are met with a choice of a tennis court or enclosed five-a -side football pitch divided by another mature olive tree surrounded with benches to sit and enjoy the sun on while the rest of the family take part in some early evening sports fun.
The Accommodation: Listed as met from the front door.
The apartment listed is perfectly spacious and furnished to a good standard providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The open plan living area has a dining table (4 chairs), a 4-seater corner sofa, a coffee table, occasional table with a lamp and a wall unit containing the flat screen television system which boasts a wide range of channels from a package recently installed which also provides super-fast fibre internet (Wi-Fi).
Only separated from the living area by a serving bar, is the galley kitchen. It is equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and a combi microwave oven. All the necessities required for a fully self-catered stay. The washing machine is situated together with the boiler and an additional sink in the utility area accessed at the end of the kitchen.
From the lounge, sliding doors lead out onto a north-west facing shaded terrace with a table and chair set (4 chairs). This area is perfect to enjoy the view of the pool and gardens, have breakfast while the sun comes up or enjoy cocktails in the beautiful evenings.
Back in through the doors and through the other side of the lounge leads to two bedrooms and bathrooms. Firstly the shower room, it is fully tiled and equipped with a toilet, sink with a well-lit mirror and lastly a stand-alone shower unit.
Next is the twin bedroom, featuring two comfortable single beds, a set of bedside drawers and fitted slide robe storage system featuring hanging and drawer space for any belongings.
Further down the hall leads to the master bedroom and en suite. The master has a double bed with two bedside tables, lamps and fitted slide robe storage. This room benefits from remote controlled air-conditioning and the doors leading out onto the balcony which provides a beautiful warm breeze to the room. The en suite bathroom is fully tiled and features a large bath w. overhead shower, a toilet, bidet, and wash hand basin with a well-lit mirror.
At the top of the stairs is a seating area and double bed. This room gives access to the roof terrace and outdoor seating. If this room is used as a bedroom the extra cleaning and laundry required increases cost from €65 to €85 which is paid locally.
All the necessary bed linen and bathroom towels will be provided, but we would request you please bring your own beach and pool towels. This is a strictly no smoking apartment, but you can smoke on the roof terrace (ensuring all doors to the apartment are closed) or in the outside areas.

A lovely spacious apartment and the top terrace in particular gave great space, privacy and views down to the pool and gardens. Lift service was unexpected bonus! Aircon (in main bedroom) was efficient and owner, Yvonne, very accommodating and promptly responsive to contact. Great location - bars and restaurants within easy reach and La Zenia also a walkable 10 minutes or so. Good for families, couples, etc. as seemed a safe area. Recommended!

We have stayed in this area many times, and we couldn't recommend it highly enough. Quiet area, with numerous options around for eating out and entertainment. This is a lovely apartment, spacious, well kept with great pool views and gorgeous grounds. The owner is a lovely lady with whom we found it very easy to communicate with and everything was it was stated. Would stay here at any time, and hope to do so many times again!!!
