5 Bedroom Villa With Heated Pool In La Herradura, Costa Tropical

This luxury, five bedroom villa is situated in a beautiful, quiet complex of detached properties. It offers magnificent and quite exceptional sea views over the bay of La Herradura with a backdrop of the mountains beyond.Stunning sun-sets and spectacular views across the bay are just part of the charm of this villa. With three garden areas and heated swimming pool this villa is the perfect place to soak up the last of the sun at the end of the day, with a glass of wine as you relax and unwind on your holiday. And if you plan on hitting the beach it is a ten minute walk away.
This beautiful villa has two bedrooms with double beds, one with one double and a sofa bed, and two bedrooms with twin beds. Two bedrooms have en-suites and there are two further bathrooms making four in total. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. The first bathroom, which is ensuite to the main bedroom, is a full bathroom with bath, shower and twin sinks. The second has a large walk in shower. The third is a small shower room beside the third bedroom with a double bed. The fourth bathroom is a new luxuriously-appointed shower room which serves the two twin bedrooms. These are in a separate part of the house but with full internal access as well as garden access to each bedroom. The kitchen has granite work surfaces with a fridge with ice dispenser, electric hob and fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, and any appliances you may need. The large living room has a spacious seating area and an extendable dining table for 10.
Pool Heating £125 per week.
The pool is 11 metres by 4.5 metres. The minimum depth is 1m40.
There is a 30 in collapsible paddling pool available for toddlers.

Two french doors lead to a covered seating and dining area with gorgeous view perfect for warm summer evenings! Outdoors in total there is a table seating up to 10 people, as well as 2 more tables seating up to six. A stereo system and Bose iPod dock are provided. There is also a TV room with seating for 6 and a small area for computer access near the utility room.
With three garden areas and such beautiful views you can make the most of the large outdoor private pool and barbeque near the sheltered patio area with seating, and the table tennis terrace.The utility room has a washing machine and separate drying area and iron
Towels, including pool towels, and linen are provided. Maid services can be provided on request.

La Herradura Area

The stunning bay of La Herradura, together with its neighbouring town of Almuñecar, forms the tourist capital of Costa Tropical.
However, it is still a relatively unknown stretch along Spain’s southern coastline, which belongs to the Granada province in Andalucia; lying between the more populous Costa del Sol to the west, and the Costa Almeria to the east.
The area forms one of the most attractive bays along the southern coast of Spain, with its two large natural promontories, the Punta de la Mona and Cerro Gordo, which protect a 2km long sandy beach. There are also a few more peaceful sandy coves around the area.
The village itself is located at the eastern point of the bay; it’s a typical Andalusian village of whitewashed houses, sitting on a gentle slope leading down to the beach.
The town offers good amenities, with shops, bars and restaurants. Down towards the beach there is a wonderful promenade that stretches the whole length of the bay. Perfect for an early evening stroll before dinner, to watch the sun go down.
The local area is well known for its underwater scenery and has some of the best scuba diving in Spain. There are sub aqua clubs in La Herradura and Marina del Este, and the area is home to Europe’s first ever National Marine Park and one of Spain’s most popular dive sites! Sailing boat hire and speed boat hire, both with and without crew are available from the marina. In addition, a short drive takes you up into the mountains where there are numerous walks and traditional white villages to visit. For any keen golfers or just a fun day out there are golf courses in Salobrena and Velez Malaga which are a mere 20 minutes away!
Although situated in a quiet gated area, this villa is the perfect spot to have a tranquil holiday, the local nightlife is still very good for party-seekers with some of the local bars and clubs remaining open until 6am!

Costa Tropical

Although not nearly so well known as the neighbouring Costa del Sol to the west. The Costa tropical of Granada province is particularly picturesque beachside, more relaxed, with a perfect sub-tropical climate.
Many tourists are starting to head east towards Costa Tropical, where they can enjoy a taste of traditional Spain with it small charming fishing villages and white mountain villages.
The mountains run right down to the sea and the coastline is typically a series of coves and promontories. Inland from the Costa Tropical you find yourself in Las Alpujarras, one of the most
naturally striking and beautiful regions in Spain, and the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Enjoy sun and ski on the Costa Tropical.
