Villa was lovely, as described and photographed. Facilities were excellent, proximity to the beach fantastic, pool was great, all in all a terrific villa for a family holiday. Can't think of any downsides, would gladly come again.

Hi Dave and Jacky.

We had a lovely time thank you. Location is good, facilities and cleanliness were good. Bbq was good, with the tables and seating. The standout thing in these holidays is the pool, and the pool was excellent.

The only issue we had was lack of cover from the sun around the pool area. It would have been lovely for us to spend more time outside around the pool during the day.

Overall though great stuff.

Kind regards
Rob and family

What a fantastic time we've had staying at Casa El Romeral. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The pool is fantastic, the outside areas are great for dining and relaxing. The location is brilliant, tremendous views, nice restaurants, bars, supermarket and a wonderful little beach just a short stroll away, we could definitely go back! A special mention also to the villa manager Tracy, many thanks for all of your help, you truly are amazing!

A lovely relaxed stay at a very enjoyable property. Beautiful views from pool of Spanish hills and local nature. The property was very well laid out inside and out with great extras such as kids dvds, coffee machine, herbs in cupboard and washing machine. Both owner and manager very pleasant and responsive. Only small glitch was depth of pool at one end but pool itself large and very clean. Excellent value for money.

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at Casa El Romeral. This villa is perfect for families and older children. The facilities were superb, the pool was a perfect size and dept for jumping in.
We were a party of 7 adults, there was plenty of room although we did need to use the sofa bed.
The area was quiet and lovely for chilling during the day with a beautiful little beach. There are lots of pleasant restaurants a short distance away for perfect evenings.
Calpe is only a 10 min car ride way if you wanted a livelier atmosphere. A perfect balance for a magical holiday.

We had a fab holiday. Lovely clean, spacious, well-equipped, comfortable villa with peaceful, picturesque surroundings and a fantastic pool. Lots of flexible space outside the villa for al fresco dining (beware mosquitos). 5-10 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach, local supermarket and restaurants. Nice coastal walks and information boards. Calpe is within easy reach by car for more choice of shopping, dining and beaches. All in all, thoroughly recommended.

Four of us have just returned from this lovely villa. The small apartment on the ground floor was ideal for my mum as she had her own privacy. The pool and outside terraces are perfect and the views are amazing. We all had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return. Thank you Dave and Jacky.

The villa looked lovely when arriving even though we were blurry eyed from travelling. As soon as you walked in it was a very homely feel. The pool was amazing, very clean and is maintained weekly, perfect size for children! The bedrooms and bathrooms were great, we didn't end up using the downstairs apartment but the space would be great for a bigger family. The location is perfect, you're a 5 min walk from the local beach, family friendly with a little beach bar/restaurant. The BBQ at the villa was great too, the perfect size to cook your meats. I'd say to hire a car as the coastline is beautiful with lots of rocky beaches to explore, calpe isn't far too but it's a busy place especially in August. Overall I would go back to this villa, it's very quiet and you're not disturbed, it can get intensely hot in summer months and you are higher up than sea level but this is why you have a great pool :-) Thanks for the stay, lovely holiday.

Clean villa. good value for money villa with an excellent large pool. The “granny flat” was great for privacy separating out different generations of family. We met the villa manager who was welcoming, friendly and did an excellent job at preparing the villa for us. The local supermarket, which was five minutes walk away, has a good bakery with an excellent butcher for BBQ food. We really recommend the “home made” burgers, sausages and kababs. Lots of fun meals/drinks at the Mandala beach bar. We recommend the Sangria there with “by the glass” works out as better quality and volume than the jugs (even though the jugs appear to cost slightly less). The Marina is about 10 mins walk away over the coast with excellent Paella. While we did not find very much to see in Benissa, it was worth a trip on the free air conditioned minibus, which we caught just by the Mandala beach bar. The Benissa Cathedral was lovely and we found excellent tapas in a café/restaurant in one of the side streets. Great holiday all round.

We had a great holiday - it was so quiet and peaceful. The villa is very spacious, very clean and very well maintained. Nice to see that the description on the website is accurate and the walking time to beach is spot-on. The villa had everything we needed to make the holiday a memorable one. I would definitely recommend this Villa for either 1 large or 2 small families. We had a super holiday all of us Thank you Dave

The villa is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach but also a short drive from Calpe and Moraira where long stretches of white beaches and restaurants to suit every taste can be found. Inside, the villa is clean with everything you should need but our favourite part of the villa was definitely the outside area. Whether sunbathing, cooling down in the large pool, eating alfresco or admiring the views, you are definitely not stuck for space. Even though you are near other villas the areas are private and peaceful. Would definitely recommend Casa el Romeral, it was excellent value for money and a good base to explore the region.

We where two families with three kids that stayed for one week in Casa El Romeral. We are much pleased with the house and location - a perfect vacation in sunny Spain !

We stayed at the villa with our two young children and a couple of friends with their child. The villa was perfect. As outlined in the description it was clean, light and spacious and the facilities were of a good quality. There was more than enough space for four adults and three children. Having one room downstairs (with own facilities) was ideal in providing that bit of privacy too. OUr son loved playing in the pool, which was larger than we expected, as well as the outdoor heated shower. There was plenty of space for them to run around out the back too. Villa ideally located for us in a quiet area but with a good mini-market and cafe/ restaurant within walking distance. We didnt spend much time at the local beach, preferring the 5min drive to calpe where excellent child friendly beach and a wide range of good restaurants. Overall would highly recommend for quiet holiday in the sun with easy walking/ driving access to more facilities. Villa clean, well-maintained and well located.
