Villa in Lomas de Cabo Roig, Costa Blanca, Spain. Our comfortable, no-smoking, homely quad villa is ideally located for beach and golf lovers alike. It is within 5 minutes drive of 3 award winning blue flag beaches, the nearest being Campoamor and Cabo Roig, and 3 championship golf courses Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin. Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping centre on the Orihuela Costa with around 150 shops, is again a 5 minute drive away. Both Alicante and Corvera airports are approximately 45 minutes drive . We recommend car hire during your stay.
The villa is in a quiet residential community with plenty of private space to relax and soak up the sun on the south-east facing patio, roof-top solarium and terrace. It is situated on an internal road within the Playa Golf III community, and is within a 5 minute stroll to the nearest shops, bars & restaurants. There is parking on site for 1 medium car, and other spaces are available next to the pool. Parking is not permitted on the internal road directly outside the property. The gated communal and children’s pool is approximately 50m away, accessible by a key fob to residents and visitors.
It is fully equipped for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms - 2 upstairs and 1 on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and airconditioning, whilst the other 2 both have twin beds and ceiling fans. All linen and towels are supplied. The main bathroom has recently been upgraded to comprise of a walk-in shower with rainfall shower head, and a bidet, toilet and sink. The downstairs bathroom comprises a shower, sink, and toilet.
Whilst the villa is non-smoking, pets may be allowed on request. There are several steps leading to the front door, so it not suitable for wheelchairs.
