It consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, private pool and gated off road parking. UK TV Wifi, Air con and ceiling fans.

The open plan lounge and dining room has sliding doors that lead to a large covered naya or patio where you can dine al fresco or chill out on the sofas. There is air conditioning in the lounge. A large modern kitchen is well equipped with all appliances. All bedroom have air conditioning. The master bedroom is spacious with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, this bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning. There is another double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms are good sizes with ceiling fans and ample wardrobes and there are two more bathrooms to serve these bedrooms..

The pool is gated which is a plus with young children.

The villa is arranged on a single level so ideal for young children or those with disabilities (although there are just 2 or 3 steps at the entrance).

Javea benefits from numerous coves and beaches. Including Granadella (an award winning beach) and the famous Arenal sandy beach with promenade full of restaurants, shops and bars.

Javea also has a Golf course which is about 10 minutes drive from the villa, Tennis Courts approx 5 mins walk from the villa, bicycle hire, numerous diving schools and water sport activities to take part in.
