Overview
The apartment is a perfect choice for a La Cala de Mijas vacation. There is a master bedroom and a twin room. The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer and all the utensils needed for preparing meals. There is a dining area which seats four.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower over the bath and there is also a washing machine for your use.
There is a small terrace with table and chairs for alfresco dining.
Torrenueva is a very popular area adjoining the village of La Cala de Mijas with its award winning beaches.
Close to the apartment you will find Jardin Botanico and Torrenueva with many bars and Restaurants there are lots of bars and restaurants has lots to offer for breakfast and lunch you will find Snack Attack which also has an internet café in Jardin Botanico and Raquets in Torrenueva. Bar Tuta and La Bodeguita is a popular evening venue for drinks in fact there are lots of restaurants to choose from. In Jardin Botanico, there are a travel agency La Cala Blue offering excursions and theme park tickets along with hair dressers and close to the apartment you have Torrenueva Supermarket and a Lidl Supermarket.
Just a short walk and you are in La Cala Village with its vast selection of bars and restaurants and local shops. In La Cala de Mijas there are many supermarkets and bakeries for fresh supplies for the fridge.
Nightlife can be found at the glitzy Olivia’s la Cala venue and live entertainment at Legends all easy to locate.
The beach at La Cala seems to stretch forever and has a boardwalk all the way into Cabopino so you can stroll along the beach and stop off at the many chiringitos on the way for a cooling drink.
There are frequent bus services to Marbella and Fuengirola and from there you can connect to Malaga, Seville and Madrid.
The village of La Cala is very popular but retains its charm, you can still see the fishing boats on the beach and then mingle with the locals in the bars and restaurants. There is a market every Wednesday and Saturday where you can buy clothes, ceramics, fruit and veg and many other things.
