Overview
Villa La Noria. Beautiful and stunning villa with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The villa comprises of 3 attached apartments with separate entrances all around a wonderful swimming pool with lovely terraces which have amazing views. The villa is let as one complete house to ensure complete privacy for our guests. Located 5 minutes by car from the village of Comares and with wifi, parking, gardens, heating (for the cooler months), sensational views down to the Mediterranean Sea.
All our villa’s are situated in wonderful natural environment and quiet village areas. Therefore these houses are ideal for holidays for families and groups who are looking for these characteristics and appreciate them. So please note that the villas are not suitable and available for noisy party holidays.
Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is around 30 minutes drive. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children.
Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants.
Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Med are all about 1 hour away and the drive along the coast road before you turn for Comares is superb.
The village of Comares, the most beautiful White village in the Axarquia is delightful. It is 5 minutes, by car, and has bars, banks, shops, bakers, restaurants, Pharmacy and Doctor. There are also more bars and restaurants in the small Hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is 5 minutes drive from the villa. Malaga and the city is one hours drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalucia, like, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This area of Southern Spain has the best climate of all of Europe and enjoys excellent temperaturas throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares and the life of Andalucia.
THINGS TO NOTE :
-Although final cleaning is included in the price, we ask all clients to leave the house as they found it.
-In reduced prices for monthly rentals, electricity and gas are NOT included. Pellets are never included in the price.
-1 dog can be allowed ONLY after consultation.
-To fully enjoy the surroundings a car is essential.
-There is a refundable damage deposit of 500 euros to pay on arrival.
- The person making the reservation must be 25 years or over.
-Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, gas bottles (if required) and pellets for the pellets stove. Electricity is charged at 0.35€/Kw.

I can't find enough words to express the impressions of our family's stay at Villa La Noria. In short: we all were happy.
The villa has everything you need, right down to a sharpener for kitchen knives. When it turned out that the dishwasher wasn't working, the next morning they delivered a new one straight from the store. However, it turned out that it was enough to fix a small defect in our machine, and a new one was not needed. But the efficiency, the speed of response to our message! - is beyond praise.
It is nice that before arriving we received not only a description of the route, but also detailed information about the nearest shops, restaurants, etc.
One remark: it is a great inconvenience that the entrance doors to the two upper apartments do not have external door handles, the door can only be opened from the outside with a key. We kept all the keys in the lower living room, but every time walking up the stairs to get the key in the heat is uncomfortable for a person almost 80 years old. For what reason is this done? It is unclear.
But the place is magical. Beautiful views, a rich garden with a variety of fruit trees. It's a pity that by the time of our stay all the fruits were either not ripe or dried out. It looks like we'll have to come again, but at another time. I'm looking forward to it!

A lovely place to stay very clean and well presented all appliances were in working order only spoke to caretaker once in 9 days no problems experienced. Gorgeous mountain views and fruit garden next to villa was nice to admire during our stay very peaceful and tranquil.
Responsive hosts and a beautiful property made for a great holiday, the views were incredible.

We had a lovely week with our large family. The pool was fantastic. Very well equipped and very clean. Comares is a charming village.
Séjour extraordinaire, de la réservation à l'accueil à notre arrivée, tout s'est passé pour le mieux. Les prestations de la villa sont incroyables, tout est propre, récent, literie excellente et une vue panoramique à tomber !

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à la Villa Noria ! La maison était très propre, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Nous avons passé de très bons moments autour de la piscine, à contempler la vue ou à profiter du barbecue. Si la maison est un peu excentrée, cela ne nous a pas empêché de faire de nombreuses activités : randonnée dans les environs, tyrolienne à Comares, baignade à Torre del Mar... La communication avec nos hôtes était très fluide. Nous avons trouvé la villa sans souci et avons profité de toutes leurs bonnes adresses. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !
No se pudo haber esperado una mejor estadía para las vacaciones. La vista increíbles y el silencio de la Noria de verdad te atrapan para una experiencia inolvidable. Todas las comunicaciones fueron reactivas y Pablo e Isabelle fueron de verdad de inmensa ayuda. Mil gracias por todo.

La casa tiene todo lo que se necesita para cocinar , si quieres hacer barbacoa , para planchar , etc . Son 3 casitas que para un grupo grande está genial . Nosotros solo hacíamos vida en la casa de abajo ya que es la más cómoda para comer todos juntos y estar cerca de la piscina . Las vistas son increíbles y si quieres tranquilidad la encuentras seguro . Ha sido un placer . Si podemos repetiremos
Villa La Noria Was a really nice place to stay! They are 3 separated Apartments in the whole Villa, Which was very nice because even tho we were a Group,we really loved the privacy. The Communication went very well and the apartment is very Near to comares, Which is a beautiful small town. We also loved the view from the apartments :) Thank you! Isabella and friends
