Sunny Second Floor Apartment With Fabulous Views

Having stayed on Hacienda Riquelme  13 times since 2011, we have stayed in 10 different apartments all over the resort!
Always in search of the 'perfect' place, I feel confident in saying I think I finally have found it.
The first moment stepping through the patio doors onto the terrace and taking in the breathtaking view, I mean WOW! That takes some beating 😍
Upon exploring the apartment we found a very well equipped kitchen with plenty of space to cook delicious meals, a clean spacious bathroom with the all important window and lots of lovely fluffy towels.
Very comfy super king size bed  in a lovely cool airy bedroom and ceiling fan for the hot nights.
Would have liked an option of firmer pillows, but both rooms pillows were the same.
We always enjoy a sunbath around the pool and good quality sunbeds are provided too!
Pool area is really spacious and peaceful.
The lounge has a new sofa with reclining seats, very comfy.
Overall the quality of the apartment is very high and I would highly recommend staying here, hoping to book again for next year.

We were looking for short holiday in late Autumn where we could enjoy the pleasure of wearing shorts in November. Friends who live in Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort recommended an apartment and from there everything ran very smoothly. The resort is delightful. Very quiet and secure, allowing easy access to local towns and villages with a wide variety of shops and restaurants along the Costa Blanca. The apartment itself was luxurious and spotless. We would certainly make a return trip in the future.

Have stayed at this golf complex numerous times before however the quality of the apartment we have just stayed in has been excellent. It had all amenities. The only issue we had was that the WiFi code in the welcome book was wrong and had to contact someone for the correct one

The accommodation was spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable everything you need in the kitchen you will find.The sunny terrace overlooks a beautiful swimming pool, where you can enjoy your morning coffee.In the distance the mountains where you can watch the sunset with a long gin and tonic. A short walk takes you up to the restaurant and bar, if you don’t want to cook the food is of a high standard and very good service.You will need a car if you want to explore the surrounding area, but you can also get a taxi into the nearest town for a meal at a very reasonable price, they will take you and pick you up when your ready to go home.We will return.

We spent a lovely 10 nights at Lydia's fabulous apartment during July. We had a lovely relaxing time and the property was really nice to stay in. We had a couple of issues while we were there which were very rapidly dealt with by Lydia and overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Lydia leaves many great recommendations for visitors in a book in her property and we took full advantage of a number of these....trips to Murcia and Cartagena, great meals at Palco, Tropical, Rebate. We also discovered a gem of our own in Cartagena: La Alacena de Maria....and in terms of beaches would add Calblanque which is worth the trip....we went back 3 times.

If you come here you must have a car....the golf club is quite isolated and unless all you wanted to do was play golf it would be a bit dull to be stuck at the Hacienda for the duration even though there is a shop on site and a bar restaurant (we did not use the restaurant)

Good shopping close by in Sucina and slightly further afield a great Carrefour and a really lovely Deli called Cammmpillo in San Javier
