Overview
Guardamar del Segura is a sea side resort town, 30 minutes drive from Alicante airport. Glorious sandy beaches extending 17 kms and consistently awarded the prestigious blue flag status.
There are numerous trails along the dunes and beautiful forests with hidden treasures.
This 2 bedroom apartment was recently fully refurbished with appliances to a very high standard.
All amenities are at a walking distance.
Numerous activities to enjoy including water sports in the ocean. Numerous parks nearby.
The historic town of Guardamar has a pretty town center to boast with numerous shops, cafes and restaurants. There is a modest port too with a good amount of boats and yachts.
There is a nice trek to enjoy on Guardamar hills which has some breathtaking views.
My favourite bar is the sky bar, which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. It has some breathtaking views while enjoying a glass of wine or a pint of beer.
Not far away is the Natural park of the lagoons of La Mata and Torrevieja. There is a pink salt lake which is home to hundreds of flamingos in the season. The flight of flamingos over the lake and the ocean is an experience to remember.
Many options of exploring nearby areas like Alicante city, Santa Pola, ferry to Tabarca island, shopping at La Zenia and many many more things to do.
No pets and no smoking.

I have had this property for over a year and in this time I have very passionately refurbished it to a very high standard. I had been looking for a sea view apartment and when I first walked in this one, I made up my mind straight away to buy it. What attracted me to this area was its extensive stretches of sandy beaches. I have a few friends who live in the same neighbourhood whom I play tennis with. So I knew the neighbourhood and when I viewed this property, I immediately gave an offer. My favourite place to hang out is the sky bar which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment with breathtaking views. I hope all the guests enjoy the pristine beaches, surroundings and the apartment during their stay and make it a memorable one, wanting to come again.
