Vacation home for couples and families, this large and fresh apartment has all amenities to accommodate your holidays, or work- from-abroad memories. It has one bedroom with double bed and storages, with its own access to the terrasse. The living-room is composed of a dining area, TV area with a sofabed. The kitchen is fully equipped and opened to the living room.
From the living-room you access to a large terrasse with privacy, sun and shadow, sunbeds. The terrasse is sunny from the early morning until 4-5pm. The swimming pool is heated all year-round. It has a small pool for children, and a large and nicely designed pool for adults with depth from 0.5 to 3.5 meters.The swimming-pool is open from 9:30am and private to the residents.
By the swimming-pool is a Bar, for refreshments and food.
The Parque Albatros complex is very well maintained and has a beautiful exotic garden.
Easy parking in the streets around and bus-stop next door. Marina and beach 5 mins walk, restaurants, bars entertainments.
After 9pm, the complex is quiet. There is a night watch, CCTVs at the gates, and emergency phone numbers for immediate assistance.
There are nice promenades around the golfs area, and of course the promenades along the ocean, which can lead you to Los Abrigos or Costa del Silencio.
