Casa Tordera is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi detached villa on one level with 115m2 of living space on a secure gated 350m2 plot and sleeps up to 6 people. The property is located in an exclusive area of Tordera overlooking a popular wooded play area and has a spacious front garden with large driveway, a nice secluded rear terrace with garage.
The front of the house has a covered porch and the front door leads into the living room with aircon, L-shaped sofa, arc lamp, coffee table, ample TV unit with cabinets and 32" inch tv. The sliding glass doors off the lounge area open up the office area/spare room which contains a sofabed, wardrobe and shelf unit.
The kitchen diner is accessed from the living room and has newly fitted units in an aqua colour with vitroceramic hob, fan oven, pull-out extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, black sink/drainer, plenty of worktop space and a large LG stainless steel fridge freezer. The dining area contains an extendible black dining table and 4 chairs.
The main bedroom has aircon, king-size bed, 2 bedside drawers with lamps and a large wardrobe. Bedroom 1 has aircon, a single bed, wardrobe, bedside drawers with lamp, pair of basket drawers and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has aircon, single bed, bedside table with lamp and a large wardrobe.
The main bathroom is situated between the 3 bedrooms and has a vanity unit with washbasin, wc with bidet shower and shower cubicle
The villa has good WIFI with speeds of up to 300mbs, fly screens on all windows and aircon throughout. In the adjacent garage there is a utility area with a washing machine and a separate bathroom with wc, vanity unit with washbasin and shower cubicle. The rear of the property has a tiled patio area with artificial grass in the middle, garden table and chairs with a parasol plus a gas barbecue.
Casa Tordera offers you privacy and tranquility in a secure idyllic setting just 10 mins walk from from the nearest bars and restaurants.

The market town of Tordera in Catalonia is situated between the sea and mountains just 10km inland from the mediterranean coastline of the Costa Brava/Costa Maresme and on the edge the Montnegre natural park and is famous for it's many hiking trails, 17th century church, the Inditex/Massimo Dutti/Bershka textile company offices and the large traditional market which takes over the town and attracts 1000's of people every sunday! The beautiful historic cities of Barcelona with attractions like La Sagrada Familia, Camp Nou, Las Ramblas and Girona with it's Cathedral, Jewish Quarter and old town are easy accessible by car and there is also a bus/rail service from Tordera train station,

For guests there are many local attractions and activities including walking/hiking trails, rock climbing, cycling, paragliding, golf, horse-riding, scuba diving, wind-surfing and jet-skiing. A car is advisable but not essential though as all local amenities like chemists, ATM, medical centre, sports centre with swimming pool, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are within 20 minutes walk of the villa and any excursions can be arranged if required.
Tordera is just 25 minutes drive from Girona-Costa Brava airport (GRO), 60 mins drive from Barcelona-El Prat airport (BCN) and 10 mins drive to the coastal resorts of Blanes, Malgrat de Mar and 20 mins drive to Lloret de Mar. If not hiring a car then cheap airport transfers can be arranged for 55€ each way if flying to Girona (GRO) and 110€ each way if flying to Barcelona (BCN). Free child or booster seats are supplied if needed.

Hi, I am Darryl the property manager for Villa El Espanglo and have rented it successfully on Clickstay since 2008 with several returning guests during that time and plenty of positive feedback! During and after Covid we took a break from holiday rentals made improvements to the property, the latest being a large pool house with bathroom, bar and chill out area. Mil Palmeras is a lovely resort and there are very few rental villas with private pools available in such a great location close to the beach. If you prefer more of a hiking holiday I now have a lovely villa Casa Tordera (ref: 441737) available in the market town of Tordera between Barcelona and Girona and near the Costa Brava resorts of Blanes and Lloret de Mar. If you are on a budget and looking for something smaller to rent in Mil Palmeras I also manage bookings for Casa Carmen (ref: 360244) which is a 2 bedroom Vikingo bungalow by the Olympia pool bar and restaurant and 8 mins walk to the beach so look forward to hosting you at either property this year!
