The Villa is located between the beaches of Altea and Albir in a quiet and exclusive Urbanisation. The Villa has two seperate living Areas and is therefore ideal for two families with children. The beautiful garden has many terraces in sun and shade under old grown trees and Palms. Altea is probably the most attractive Resort in the Costa Blanca with a beautiful old town and mountains Close to the sea. All sport, shopping and cultural spots are are Close to the villa.
Pool and garden are south oriented to have sun all day. The garden and pool area are privately sheltered from views from the neighbours.
All rooms are equipped with modern air conditioning units. There are many attractions for the Kids in a range of 10 km from the Villa. A private golf driving range is provided 3 km away from the Villa. A Promenade connects the beaches of Altea and Albir where you find all Kind of restaurants. For sailing a number of Ports area available. Alicante is only 60 km away and can be reached comfortably via the Motor way A9. Valencia is only 140 km away from the Villa. In 10 km you reach the mountains with wonderful mountain resorts
