This villa has the most amazing view over Pals beach, the stunning fields towards Torroella de Montgri and the Pyrenees in the distance.
Overview
The upper part of the villa can also be rented for uo to 4 people for the quieter months but not in July and August when it is rented for up to 8 people only.
The accommodation consists of:
Entrance is via a staircase from the road, with the pool on the right and two double bedrooms with 2 shower rooms to the right. These have their own entrance and have a small kitchen area with fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Up some stairs, past the swimming pool, there is the main entrance to the house containing an open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (with capsules), kettle, oven, hob etc. leading to a large sitting room with standard TV and satellite (German).
The large covered terrace, which has a large dining table and also a seating area, can be accessed from both the kitchen/dining area and the sitting room. There are 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room (with washing machine) with double bed and the other bedroom with two singles, both with access to the garden/courtyard and with ceiling fans, a family bathroom.
Private pool.
NB There is no internal connection between the upper and lower bedrooms/bathrooms.

great location with a priceless view. home in good conditions, we are a great stay. I recommend.
The views are breathtaking! Access is quite restrictive because streets are steep. The house is aging and the amenities (old-fashioned electrical installation, kitchen that lacks utensils and insufficient pool filtration) not always at the height of the service. Nevertheless, our stay was pleasant overall, the situation is privileged to diversify its activities. Thank you for your comments. The kitchen has been updated, the pool it was very hot when you stayed and many pools struggled but the pool filtration is now working as normal. There is a new en-suite bathroom for 2024. if you are looking for peace and a view over the sea , this is your house . correct pool overlooking the sea very quiet area, in a very nice area on supermarket sticks nearby
