La Casa Del Sol is set on a spacious, quiet, walled and secure plot of 1000 sqm. All on one level, there is a spacious lounge, with fully fitted kitchen (cooker, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine & Dishwasher). Master bedroom with full ensuite, a further double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, full bathroom, and shower room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and electric fans. The villa has a private swimming pool, side terrace with table and chairs (with large parasol), as well as an eating area under the pagoda, which also provides shade during the day, and a large stone BBQ. La Casa Del Sol was a family Villa and only used For The family Holidays Until My Wife's father passed away over 10 years ago.. We took on renting the property then so we could still afford to keep it in the family. so though we are new to this site we have been renting successfully for over 10 yers now We love our Holidays at the villa, lazy days by the pool and we love to explore the Cost Blanca and we spend a lot of time at our favourite place, Cabo De Palos where we Swim and Scuba dive, Our 7 year old daughter loves the pool! I also do a couple of maintenance trips every year to keep the place in great shape for our guests and we hope to further improve the facilities as we move forward.
