This luxurious villa sleeps 8, has its own private pool and their own children's play area. which suits the more discerning clients.
Large outside kitchen/ lounge area including BBQ, griddle, hob, microwave & that all important fridge/freezer for that beer and wine! and all you need for outdoor dining. There is also a full kitchen with cupboards and large granite work surfaces. The kitchen area is enclosed so cooking & BBQ can be 365 days a year! There is even an outside television, table football, pool table, dart board, swing ball & radio/CD player.
A welcome pack is also included.
Our Luxury Farmhouse is located on the outskirts of the villages of Dolores and San Fulgencio, Costa Blanca South, a small but busy typical Spanish town as yet unspoiled by tourism. Our central, peaceful, secluded and private location makes it ideal for all holidays, honeymoons, weddings or short breaks, for couples, families or celebrities wanting that private hideaway, which suits the more discerning clients.

We are easily accessible from the major airports of Alicante & Murica and minutes away from some of Spain's fantastic golden beaches and attractions.
The Costa Blanca, protected by the mountain ranges enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate with year-round sunshine. Temperatures reaching 35 C, on a regular basis. The area boasts 320 days of sunshine each year. Even in winter the temperature rarely drops below 15C. We can also offer great rates for long term monthly winter stays between October and April every year from 1 - 7 months.

Paradise 5* villa Absolutely love coming here it’s an amazing place to relax Nige and gus are amazing people and nothing is to much trouble they always make everything special !!and have done in all the years we have been coming worst part is going back home but we always make sure we have booked For following year before we leave wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone
Our 7th Year !! Just returned from another two week stay in this fantastic villa! Year on year we eagerly return to experience this fabulously located property - it has every facility you need for a relaxing stay - all the spacious bedrooms have a vast range of storage and the indoor AND outdoor kitchens are both fully equipped with everything you'll need and more, with every imaginable gadget to hand! The pool and outdoor space are fantastic - clean, well equipped and spacious! The hosts, Nigel and Gus are always on hand if needed but are rarely required as they seem to have thought of just about everything for a perfect holiday!
Holiday Heaven ! We are a family with older teenagers ….. finding this villa provided us all with the best family holiday we have enjoyed. Everyone was gobsmacked when they arrived. and we were all gutted to leave. the villa was spotless, nothing looked tired or dated. We could have been the very first visitors. Nigel And Gus have thought of everything, as if they were looking at the villa through the eyes of their guests, on a family holiday. Booking right through to sadly leaving Nigel And Gus have been consummate hosts. thank you both, we will return.
5* Accommodation ! Amazing 5 Star Villa. Children love it, spoilt for choice with 2 pools. This is another return visit for us and we still love it !! We only booked a week but wish we had booked longer…. Nigel & Gus are amazing, friendly and very helpful..... Villa is cleaned to a very high standard. a very handy welcome hamper is there ready for you so whatever time you land there's enough essentials till the shops open. Looking forward to booking again... Highly recommended.
This Luxury Villa has everything you could possible need. The outdoor kitchen is wonderful, and the facilities of the villa offers are incredible, The villa is immaculate, and Nigel and Gus are on hand to help should you need them. Cannot recommend highly enough !!!

Our Luxury Villa's are located on the outskirts of the villages of Dolores and San Fulgencio, Costa Blanca South, a small but busy typical Spanish town as yet unspoiled by tourism. Our Central, Peaceful, Secluded and private location makes it ideal for all holidays, honeymoons, weddings or short breaks, for couples, families or celebrities wanting that private hideaway! We are only a 10 Min drive from Beaches, shops, Restaurants, Etc so makes its and ideal location for peace and quite. We are easily accessible from the Local airports of Alicante and Murica.
