Villa El Botin, Comares, Andalucia

Absolutely amazing Villa to stay in. The communication with Comares Holiday Properties was smooth. Isabelle has insured a smooth check in. The team is friendly, proactive and responsive. The villa is located in comares village which is around 5km away from the villa. You definitely need a car to reach to the property but it is definitely worth it. The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking. The villa is in the middle of a mango farm which was an amazing activity for us the family to walk around and pick some mangos. Villa is as described and easily fits 9 persons. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever used. I even took the name of it to purchase similar one. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, oven, stove, big fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. we have been provided by bed linen, towels, shampoo and gel for the first night. We had a fantastic holiday at this property and would definitely recommend it and would come again.

Alles aber auch wirklich alles war super. Von A bis Z. Wichtig ist nur zu wissen das man unbedingt ein Auto braucht. Denn die Unterkunft liegt extrem abgelegen in den Bergen. Aber dafür hat man auch absolute Privatsphäre. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Lovely villa in a beautiful rural area. A car is recommended but the local villages have everything you need. Host eas very responsive and anything that we needed he quickly sorted for us. A great villa for our young family. Highly recommended.

Great house with a magnificent view!

Great villa and very private with great pool. Lots of space and close to local shops

We had an unforgettable and beautiful 3 months in the villa. We were there from november till end of january. The villa is perfect for a little family. We had the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Even though it was winter we had zzgood weather almost during our whole stay. And the fact that you can just go on the fields and pick up some avocados, mangos, oranges, tangerines and lemons made it more than perfect. It is a way of life we wish to have always. We will never forget this time and maybe we can come back one day. Jose the housekeeper was always very friendly and helpful when we needed something. Much love love and greetings

Belle maison, beau paysage

La ubicación es muy buena para quien busca tranquilidad, a 30 minutos de la playa en Torre del Mar. La piscina está muy bien y la casa también. Merece mucho la pena.

We spent the most relaxing 2 weeks in this great house in october this year!El Botin has a lot of space and nice places for breakfast or dinner outside. So we often stayed at the house in the evenings, had a lovely barbecue and a great swim in the heated pool under the stars... We had our two boys, 11 and 14 , with us and could hardly get them out of the water. The view to the sea and Velez- Malaga from both the pool and the terrace on the first floor are stunning, both at sunrise and at night . The house is well equipped with dishwasher and a washing machine, both of which we did regularly use. If you decide for the additional pool heating, look forward to a temperature at night that almost resembles your bathtub water. We loved it so much at El Botin that we immeadiately reserved for 2015 again. Both, Linda and Jose had been very helpful in answering questions or offering assistance. Villa magnifique, entourée de manguiers, avec une vue superbe sur la vallée et sur Comares (village magnifique perché en haut des falaises) Maison très bien équipée, spacieuse, au calme, terrasses très agréables. Piscine très sympa, profiter des chaises longues avec cette vue superbe, nous ne voulions plus repartir. Merci à Linda d'avoir répondu à nos questions lorsque ceci était nécessaire

Une super villa au calme, bien équipé , propre et récente , un séjour de rêve , une vue magnifique sur la vallée , on a l impression d être seule au monde loin des tumultes de la côtes , toutes commodités à 10 minutes, de superbes vacances. Jose est très disponible pour toutes nos demandes .

Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle et trés bien équipée avec vue magnifique sur la montagne. Grande piscine. Environnement paisible. Propriétaire très chaleureux et disponible au moindre probléme. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison.

This is a perfect villa to rent if you want to be away from it all - with only magnificent views of the mountains and the sound of birds. The Villa has everything you would need to make your stay completely enjoyable. The heated pool is an absolute bonus and a really good size! Jose was very helpful and friendly and was on hand if we needed anything during our stay. We would definitely book El Botin again. If you want complete and utter seclusion, this is the ideal place to stay! It is a truly relaxing and secluded villa and we would very much recommend it!

Maison isolée située au calme à 4km de Comares idéale pour faire le vide, vue magnifique sur Velez Malaga (encore plus grandiose la nuit). Maison très propre et très agréable. La chose seule qui manque c\est la climatisation. Garcia Lopez October 2011

We had a wonderful holiday in this villa. The house was warm, clean and very comfortable. We arrived at night but had excellent directions and the caretaker was there to greet us and make sure we had everything we needed. The next morning when we woke up we could not believe the views from the house, they are amazing!! You have views of the Mountains, the beautiful countryside down to the med, just spectacular. Also we were able to swim in the heated swimming pool even in January. The pool is massive and we were able to swim and enjoy the views of the sea at the same time. We were just a few minutes from the village of Comares which has some lovely bars and restaurants and we got to visit Granada and Seville. We will definately return. January 2011

Lo tiene todo para ser el alojamiento rural perfecto, calidad de construccion y decoracion en la vivienda, entorno espectacular, de verdad aislada del mundanal ruido y por si fuera poco, los postres con que te obsequian los propietarios son sencillamente espectaculares, para satisfacer al mas selec to de los paladares. We loved this house. The owners asked us to write a comment and it is our pleasure. The house is located in spectacular surroundings and the views are to die for. You have panoramic views down to the sea from the house, the terrace and the swimming pool! The house is clean, comfortable and big. Everything we needed was provided and there was a caretaker on hand if we needed anything more. The pool was massive and cleaned regularly. We will return. Philip Goulam January 2012

This house was great for a large group of people. The owners were really friendly and helpful and making the reservation was easy. When we arrived there was everything we needed, the house was very well equipped. The best part of the house for us was the swimming pool which is a great size and has amazing views!! The house has a wonderful sea view. The pool was heated for us and we used it every day and also at night. If we needed anything it was easy to call the caretaker who was very friendly. We hope to return again in 2012 if possible. We also visited Comares village which has some lovely restaurants and a very nice atmosphere. Thanks for a great holiday.Rosa Pitts December 2011

The house was brandnew in may 2010, so it was spotless.It was well equipped and had a spacious kitchen.The pool was great, but the best thing is the splendid isolation, no neighbours, and an unimpaired vieuw from the hilltop out to the sea,which is about 10 km away, 15 by road. The representatives of the english owners was irreproacheable and friendly, some maintenace was done with a big smile.The old villages around are all nice and the nearest,Comares, is spectacular. I will get to the point. The house is perfectly equipped, very comfortable and spacious. The location is very calm and the views are gorgeous. The service was just perfect. I was received with a smile and they made sure I was leaving with a big one. I had a small problem when the electricity failed and as soon as I called they were there and solved the problem immediately. They helped us to get wood for the fireplace and gave us all information about the house and the surroundings. I reccomend staying in this villa without any doubt. I will for sure return. We had a fantastic holiday at this villa. The villa is in a brilliant situation with gorgeous views of the sea and a massive, heated swimming pool!!! The house was lovely and clean with evertything we needed for a brilliant holiday. Just 5 minutes from the village which is also beautiful. The owners were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had a caretaker who visited regularly to make sure we had no problems. Would definately return, cant wait. We had a wonderfull stay in this house, well located on the top of a small hill, enjoyed a nearly permanent light wind.We had chance to make some daily trips for visiting Sevilla, Cordoba, Ronda, Malaga and Granada.

The e-mail contact with the owners was perfect, very friendly and with the right information.Arriving in the house, the pool was heated, the house was very clean and we felt at home the moment we opened the door. In the house, everything was present for a perfect holiday. Outside barbeque, washing machine and a dish washer, very well equipped kitchen, good furniture and good beds with more than enough towels for us. The only minor point was the satelite receiver, that did not work, so we had no television during our stay. But that was more than compensated by the view over the hills. The house, standing on a very good location gives you the feeling of total freedom. Shops are nearby and also Comares is a very nice place to visit, with a very good restaurant. We love to come back in this very well equipped house, so we booked again for a week in january and also an other vacation in may next year. Highly recommanded.Rob en Els Noordergraaf

Lovely home, lots of space, great pool and amenities. Lovely area next to Comares, high in the hills of Andalucia. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was central enough so that we could coordinate day trips to Granada, Cordoba, Gibraltar, coastal towns, etc. Comares is a lovely town.

We liked the house a lot. It was, as described - spacious, clean and well equipped. Also the beds were big and comfortable. But the best of all was the heated pool. Makes a holiday with kids in spring or autumn so much more relaxed. You have a great view from the house - especially from the big terrace on the roof. The contact to the owners was very friendly, very fast and always helpful. We\'d definitely come back there.

Die Villa ist ein wunderschönes alleinstehendes Haus in den Hügeln an der Costa del Sol. Das Haus ist fast neu und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir haben es sehr ordentlich und sauber vorgefunden. Der Pool mit Blick in das Tal ist ein wirkliches Highlight. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen.
