Overview
2 bedroom ground floor family owned apartment. It features a double room, twin room, 1 bathroom, large living/dining area, patio, kitchen, television.
It has the benefit of driect access to the large outdoor communal pool at the back of the apartment's patio - ideal for those with young children or with limited mobility.
The nearest beach is just 15-20 mins walk, and there are lots of other local beaches within 5-10 mins drive.
The apartment is located close to the centre of Palomares village where there is a local supermarket, restaurants, bank, chemist and Tapas bars - all within walking distance. Palomares is typically Spanish and you get to see the real Spain. The apartment is only a 5 minute walk to the village square and about 20 minutes walk from the beautiful beaches, which are not too packed.
The village has good access to neighbouring towns and the motorway network. Mojacar, Vera and Garroucha are all nearby - including the supermarket and the Vera Aqua park which has twisting slides, adventure river and black hole, as well as a wave pool and lake, plus a children's area with pool and slides, and also mini-golf.
A car is not necessary as the apartment is just 45 minutes from Almeria airport and a collection service can be arranged if necessary.

Zona muy tranquila La casa está bastante bien, en una zona muy tranquila. La limpieza deja un poco que desear, y esta escasa de material de cocina.todo muy justito....
Excelente Ha sido un viaje excelente, que no dudaría en volver a repetir, la estancia estaba súper limpia y acogedora, un lugar muy tranquilo para familias y amigos, con una piscina espectacular, lo recomiendo al 100%.
Una experiencia perfecta Viajamos un grupo de tres amigas durante 4 días en el alojamiento de Clive y Carina. La atención de ambos es inmejorable. La casa está en perfectas condiciones, con muchas comodidades. La piscina y las zonas comunes están en muy buen estado. No tenemos nada negativo que decir. Muchas gracias de nuevo por todo.

Excelente Muy bien ubicado, fuera del aglomeramiento , tranquilo, vecinos excelentes,. Muy comodo y accesible, completo con todo lo necesario. La persona que te recibe encantadora. Muy limpio. Pudimos ir con nuestros perros. Gracias!!!
Even though we didn't get to meet Clive, a friend of him gave us the keys when we arrived and explained us everything we needed. The appartment was just like in the pictures, will surely come back again!
