Overview
1st floor apartment, with private entrance, parking and pool. We are 10 minutes walk from the Village of Moraira, close to the local supermarkets, Restaurants, and bars.
Moraira is the gem of the Costa Blanca, Alicante Airport is 1 hour by car, Valencia is 1 1/4 hours, a car is recommended but not essential, we can collect you from the Beniconnect (Alicante only)bus stops at Panypan or La Senieta.
The Apartment is built on top of our ground floor house, the building was only completed last year, everything is modern and clean, although we live downstairs we will not disturb you in any way, but are here to help and advise on trips and the local amenities
Both bedrooms can be made as 1 double or 2 single beds, the choice is yours,
The pool is only for the use of the guests in the house and us, we do not use it if you are, the pool is available to you 24 hours a day
We hope to welcome you to our haven in the North Costa Blanca, Moraira has many varied and interesting Restaurants and bars, parking is free in the main car park
Fridays is market in, Saturday in Calpe, Tuesday in Altea, we are not far from Guadalest, the Fonts de Algas, and many more interesting places to visit

We have owned the property for nearly 14 years, recently we built the Apartment on the top of the original building. The views from the Apartment are amazing, sea, vineyards and mountains. Moraira is small fishing village offering many various bars and restaurants, every taste is catered for. The property is in a quiet location just 10 minutes walk from the beaches and village. At the bottom of the road there is a few bars and restaurants and a supermarket. We are 1 hour from Alicante airport and 1.25 hours Valencia, we are centrally located for everything.
