Villa Victoria 4 Bed/3 Bath/htd Pool + Play Area- 700 M Beach

Gillian M 5 Star Villa Left on Jul 8, 2023 for a stay in Jul 2023 I’m not sure where to begin with this review. This is our 9th villa rental in Lanzarote and by far outshines the rest. Sue had literally thought of everything in this home from home. Small things like the welcome pack, plenty loo roll and kitchen roll to having Amazon alexa, all the tv channels, direct taxi number, endless recommendations for restaurants. She even came and picked us up and dropped us at the shopping centre during the mid stay clean. Lovely bars and restaurants 5/10 mins away for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Supermarket next to them. A further 10mins away is the main area of Costa Teguise with so many bars and restaurants, spoiled for choice. The beach is also only 10 mins away. She has been the perfect host, is in constant contact to make sure all is ok and recommending places to go. The villa really is huge, there were only 4 of us but you could easily have more and still feel like you have so much room. The pool is the best heated pool we have ever had, the kids loved it and our youngest was never off the trampoline. A little bit of heaven! Left on May 28, 2023 for a stay in May 2023 Villa Victoria is by far the best holiday accommodation we've ever used. Difficult to explain everything but I'll start with the exterior of the villa. A large terrace greets you when you walk in through the front locked gate. Seating area also available to the left, and the kids play area on the right (covered with a retractable pergola to provide sun protection. Large selection of equipment/toys including the trampoline, table tennis table, scooters, bikes, three wheel bike, 2 seat buggy, walkers for the toddlers and adult bikes. At the rear of the property, there are more pergolas to cover the table and chairs, corner sofas and plenty of sun loungers. Also also a large pool (1.5mt to 1.9mt deep). All access to pool and steps are completely safe and secure because there are numerous gates, which means your toddlers can't go wandering off. Interior of villa. Is simply fantastic! There is a computer inside the front door. Kitchen and utility room with 2 fridges, dish washer, washing machine, plenty of cutlery, glasses, plates, mugs etc. Large dining room Huge sitting room, internet tv which provides all Irish/UK channels. Alexa available for music etc. Large main bathroom, bedroom opposite with 2 single beds Double bedroom with access to pool and en-suite bathroom Large main bedroom with cot, ensuite and double kids room attached. Aircon and ceiling fans throughout. No need to bring any towels because bathroom towels AND pool/sun lounger towels are also provided. Location. Nearby bars, restaurants, take-away are approximately 5 mins away (left out of villa, and left again at the bottom of the road). Look out for Monica's bar and the Welcome Inn (food and drink). The supermarket is just around the corner from the Welcome Inn. Main square of Costa Teguise is a 20 minutes walk for an adult, if you don't fancy that, call a cab. We didn't wait more than 5 mins for one and it's only about €3 for up to an 8 seater bus. El Patio Italian restaurant is superb, but if you have a larger party, you'd be just as well making a reservation. Finally, I have already recommended Sue's villa to my friends. She has obviously taken time to make sure all the things you need for a perfect family holiday are at the villa, her attention to detail is astonishing. Sue provided us with all details before we arrived, so we knew exactly where everything was. She gave us hints and links for transfers, entertainment and even the best place to get a meal deal in the airport on our way home! Eric7cheshire Cheshire Excellent Child Friendly Villa Left on Apr 1, 2023 for a stay in Mar 2023 What a fantastic villa ! We went with our son, his wife and 3 grandchildren ( a 4 year old and twins of 11 months ) and went with some trepidation as holidays with young children are often very hard work - watching them near steps, near the pool, keeping them entertained -Well we needn't have worried . The owner Sue has thought of everything and I mean everything! The pool is gated off and the temperature of the water is always about 30 C so lovely for little ones (and us ) Our 4 year old was never out of the pool and in fact learnt to swim whilst we were there. There were inflatables together with boxes of toys to keep them entertained - a trampoline, Wendy house - I could go on forever . The villa was spotless and again very well equipped (including buggies, cots etc). You could walk to the shops, restaurants and the beach but taxis were very cheap if you didn't want to walk. Amazing Villa with everything you could need. Left on Mar 6, 2023 for a stay in Feb 2023 Villa Victoria was absolutely beautiful and it had everything we needed and more! Perfect for a family with a lovely big heated pool, loads of toys and games for the children and very well equipped with other items such as beach and pool towels and table tennis. The villa itself is very large and we had more than enough space. It was pristine and you can tell it is well looked after. The hosts were lovely and couldn’t do enough. Giving great recommendations and checking we were all okay. Really kind to let my parents use the shower and stay around the villa as they had a later flight than us. We found it a good location, not too near places so that it was nice and quiet but in walking distance of everything too. We enjoy walking so it was lovely to have a 8/10 minute stroll to the beach and we went further up to the other beaches also. Left on Feb 20, 2023 for a stay in Jan 2023 Villa Victoria is in a great location - a few shops, bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk, with the centre of Costa Teguise 20 mins walk, which can be accessed via the promenade walk. The villa has lots of space, inside and out with high quality sun loungers and sofas outside to make the most of the surrounding garden and pool areas. The photos on the website really don't do it justice. It is equipped to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean. We received regular cleans throughout our 2 week stay, along with regular changes of towels. Sue the host, has thought of everything. She really does go 'above and beyond' to make sure that you have everything that you need and is always on hand should you have any queries. We've been villa holidaying for many years and Villa Victoria is definitely one of the best villas that we've ever stayed in and we'll definitely visit again!
