The Beach House

The Beach House (130m2) is set in a lovely quiet residential area in Costa Teguise. The nearest beach is Las Cucharas, which you can see from the roof terrace.

The villa includes, a sizable open plan, fully equipped kitchen which leads to a lower level lounge area and adjoins to a heated plunge pool. Steps take you to the roof terrace, where you will find a BBQ and dining area, plus sun loungers.

The kitchen includes a large fridge, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, all necessary small appliances and a separate utility area with washing machine.

On the ground floor is the first bedroom, with two single beds, and a spacious bathroom with corner bath, double sinks and hairdryer. The master suite – with en-suite shower-room is on the first floor.

As the house is situated within a residential complex. The pool and terrace area must only be used from 10am-9pm

The promenade has plenty of great restaurants and bars. There is also plenty of business renting water sports equipment and lessons. Such as, surf boards, boogie boards, windsurf and sea kayaks.

The oldest village on the island "Teguise" is only 15 mins away by car, there you can take a stroll through the meandering lanes and watch local artists at work or visit the Sunday Market.
