Large 5 bed 3 bathroom villa with the added addition of air con in all bedrooms. Table tennis, pool table, heated pool and a hot tub. Quite location but only a 5 min drive to the beach and the town.
Overview
The villa provides a hot tub, outdoor pool table, outdoor table tennis, heated pool and a gated pool area. Ideal for 8 to 10 people. This villa is ideal for a special birthday or anniversary party or a family holiday. (private chef can be organised as well the cake). It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a private heated swimming pool, a built in BBQ and a new Jacuzzi which seats 7, table tennis and an outdoor pool table. In the lower patio terrace there is more seating.
The villa has a heated outdoor swimming pool with walk in steps and a shallow end which is perfect for young children and for non swimmers; The entrance to the 'Pool Garden' is gated to keep the little ones out. It also has 10 sun-beds and a seating area with sun umbrellas. The pool and hot tub will be cleaned twice weekly during your stay.
Ideally located in between the Marina & the Harbour in Playa Blanca, (here you can hire a catamaran where you can go snorkelling, fishing, paddle boarding , enjoy tapas and drinks, chili out and sunbathe).
Air con is installed in all bedrooms. The Pool is 8 x 4 M
