Overview
Villa Carmen is an air conditioned 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, laid out over 2 floors with a ground to roof open aspect lounge. Outdoors the villa offers a private heated pool, ample space for sunbathing and dining, a large outdoor lit lounge area and a huge lit pergola providing covered additional dining space.
The first floor consists of a double bedroom, complete with a king size bed and French windows out to a spacious balcony, a bathroom with shower, twin basins, toilet and bidet and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has ample wardrobe and drawer space, bedside cabinets and remote controlled air conditioning.
The ground floor has a further double bedroom with king size bed, a further twin bedroom with 2 single beds and again these are remote controlled air conditioned with ample wardrobe and drawer space and bedside cabinets. Alongside these are a bathroom containing a shower, single basin and toilet and a further bedroom containing bunk beds. This bedroom too is remote controlled air conditioned.
The ground floor also provides a spacious kitchen, with fridge, oven, electric ceramic hob, dishwasher and twin sinks. A further large fridge freezer is housed in the utility room along with the washing machine, the electric hot water tank and a butler sink. Clothes drying racks are provided outside. There is a further bathroom with basin, shower and toilet.
The villa has 2 lounges. Each lounge has 2 matching sofas, a large flat screen TV which provides the complete Spanish air to view package as well as the Astra 2 Satellite service and all the major UK channels. There is also DVD, a wii and a PS4. The main lounge has a dining table with 6 chairs.
The outside of the villa consist of a lit, filtered, heated pool with depths from 1.1m to 1.4 metres. The pool is approximately 13ft by 28 ft in size. There are 8 adjustable sun loungers all provided with beach towels. There are also parasols both poolside and for the dining table and outdoor lounge. The pool area also provides a full size purpose built charcoal barbeque. There is a large 10 seater table and 10 chairs, together with outdoor sofas and chairs.. There is also a large wood and tile pergola which is a separate fully lit outdoor lounge with wicker sofas, chairs and coffee table.

It was exactly what we were looking for and in a great location to visit Corralejo. The heated pool was well used and cleaned twice a week. The sun beds and towels provided were also fantastic and enough for our family of 7 to enjoy. Hopefully we will be back soon.

There was plenty of bath towels and pool towels, kitchen was also well stocked. Villa is presented to a high standard with good quality furnishings both inside and out. Communication with the owner running up to the trip was great, as was the communcation with both Tina and Julie who helped out with a couple of things during our stay. The only negative I have was that we had issues with the AC unit in the master suite, there were several nights during our stay that it was not functional which made for very uncomfortable and restless nights. Tina and Julie were quick to respond and did their best to help with resolving the issues, but it did mar the overall experience slightly. Would absolutely stay at the villa again if it wasnt for that and would highly recommended.

All the family loved this villa whose ages ranged from 75 to 6 years. Plenty of space for us all. Beds so comfy. You will not be disappointed booking this villa. The location is superb. 😎

Communication with the owner from booking to arrival was excellent and everything we asked for was catered for. The area is very nice and quiet with a large supermarket 5 mins walk away , nearest beach is also 5 mins away and the centre about 10 mins. Lots of places to eat and drink. Private pool is large enough for several people and the outdoor space is very large with lots of sunshine in many areas . Would definately recommend, To anyone thinking of booking dont think just book it

Spacious, excellent facilities and a great pool! 10-15 minute max stroll to the centre. Peter was excellent throughout the booking process and Ray was great when we arrived and when offering advice. I highly recommend staying here and we will certainly look to book again in the future… thanks !!

Hi, So, we have owned this villa for around 10 years now, it is our holiday home which we visit frequently, when time allows us. Our children have since grown up and so it is just us two now, but we do visit regularly to ensure the villa is always up to scratch. We have a great manager and cleaning team who look after our villa in our absence to ensure everything is just right and our pool cleaner comes twice a week to keep the pool sparkling clean and at the right chemical levels. So, we are confident that the villa is always just as we would like it. We do not let it out mass commercially as a business, we just list it on here for selective guests to enjoy.
