Overview

SUPERB LOCATION ! A UNIQUE ONE OFF VILLA!

Built in Traditional Moroccan style this unique stylish detached villa sets standards that others can only follow, the property boasts spacious accommodation over 2 floors. Outside the villa boasts large private gardens with luscious plants and shrubs and a large soft synthetic lawn ideal for children and toddlers to play safely and have fun. The large mosaic tiled pool has steps with a handrail and is surrounded by a large private terrace with pool lights for evening entertaining and is heated (22/23 degrees) in the winter months at no extra cost.

The Villa is situated in one of the most prestigious areas of Corralejo, a 15-minute stroll from the High Street and 10 minutes from the World Famous beaches. There are also two hotels nearby and the upmarket "Campinario Centre" with designer shops, bars, and restaurants a short walk away. The property is surrounded by high fencing and gates and all the windows and doors have lockable shutters for added privacy and security.

Inside the décor is stylish and simple with attractive modern furnishings in rustic style, there are tiled floors throughout for coolness on the hottest of days. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms with ample storage and doors leading to patio areas. There are also 1.5 bathrooms, one fitted with all the usual fittings expected in a villa of this quality, the other with a W.C and vanity unit. The large lounge is well-equipped with Bluetooth Speaker, DVD, 55-inch 4K TV, IPTV internet TV system with full sports and entertainment package, Satellite TV and Superfast Broadband. There is also a dining area for six people with sliding patio doors leading out onto the pool area, there is a fully equipped fitted kitchen with all the usual modern conveniences. Stairs lead up to the private master bedroom which has a large en suite bathroom with a large walk in shower, it also has patio doors leading to a private terrace with a small mosaic plunge bath.

You can enjoy Alfresco dining, relax with a book on one of the patios, or simply chill out under the covered Pergola. There is also a secure shaded car port to keep your car cool on hot days.

On the other side of the villa there is a spacious roof terrace with views to Lobos Island and the stunning mountains, perfect for the dedicated sun worshippers!! As night falls the interior and exterior of the villa is well lit by Moroccan lights, giving a beautiful ambience for unwinding after a hard day in the sun.

The is always lashings of hot water as the villa has solar panels.

Our second visit to this lovely villa and standards remain high. The pool and garden are well kept and being in a residential area the peace and quiet is just what we look for in a villa. Ideally located for us just a short walk ( 5 mins) to the Campanario centre and a longer ( 25 min) but pleasant walk to the centre of town. Will be booking again for our next trip to Corralejo.

Had a really good stay, everything as described by the owner ( and in previous reviews) very easy to see why it gets consistently good reviews. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others and would definitely stay again. One of the best we have rented in the area.

Our family had a fantastic time here! There were 6 of us and it still felt that there was plenty of room both in and out of the villa. It was well equipped with everything to make you comfortable straightaway (including shopping bags for the supermarket and kids floats for the pool!). You’re only a 10min walk from the beach and the Campanario centre, which has plenty of nice restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay again and recommend to any family planning to stay in Corralejo.

Yes, we have booked for 2025! We had another long and excellent stay at this comfortable, spacious and well equipped villa. The helpful owner, Ken, responds quickly to any requests/questions. We were, as always, looked after with friendly and efficient care by the brilliant management team (Kelly, Andy & Jake). There has been some up-grading of the villa since we first stayed, including the welcome provision of more outside seating around the pool area. There are shops within easy walking distance, although we also have Mercadona deliveries e.g. 5 litre bottles of water and other bulk products. It is a short walk to the beach, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.

I had an amazing stay at Casa May in December, this was my second time staying at this time of year and once again it did not disappoint. The villa is beautifully kept with everything you might need to have a great & comfortable stay. Stunning garden and pool area where we spent most of our time. Once the sun eventually goes down, the pool area and garden are beautifully lit up at night. The villa is super clean, private and plenty of room (4 of us, but have stayed with 6 before). The massive bonus is how close your are to everything. A short walk to shops, supermarket, the beach and either a very short taxi or slightly longer walk into the main town. Would highly recommend staying at Casa May & Ken is a fantastic host 👍
