Amazing holiday! Nov 2024 Absolutely brilliant villa, owners, management etc, spotlessly clean, super pool and sunbathing area, great vicinity, so handy for all amenities and shopping centre. Will certainly be booking again We had a fab holiday, so big thank you to Ken and gang. So don’t delay book today.

Aug 2024 Starting with the booking process, - this was excellent, Ken's communication and advice were great. The Villa, (2 ad + 2 teenagers) the location suited us perfectly, it was a 20 to 30-minute walk to the main area in Corralejo, but that was nice of an evening, especially after a meal. The walk is fairly flat and you have the option to go along the coast. The villa had all the amenities we required, and having Netflix and Sky helped with the kids when we all needed some downtime. The pool is not massive - around 4m in length (2.5 > 3m wide) but nice to have a splash about in and cool down. We had hired a car, so just popped to the local supermarkets to grab anything but just down the road we had a smaller supermarket too to grab any essentials. The waterpark was around a 20 minute walk, and plenty of places to eat as you walk into the main town. If I had to make one improvement I would say maybe a portable AC machine. Occasionally even with the fans provided the villa could get a bit humid and stuffy in the late evening (arriving back from dinner and everything had been closed for a few hours), but that would definitely not stop me from booking again. Thank you Ken, and Andy for making our stay wonderful.

Great relaxing week in the sun with friends. Left on Apr 3, 2024 for a stay in Apr 2024 Travelling as 2 couples we found it had everything we needed to cook/barbecue when staying in, and once we'd found the shortcut to the sea it was less than 15 mins to walk into town to eat out. It was also less then 5 min walk to Sunset Lounge where the the early evening bands were excellent - highly recommended. The pool and garden area is great for relaxing during the day, and the sky sports channels were handy to keep an eye on the football. There was plenty of hot water for showers, and plenty of towels were left out for us. We would definitely visit again and recommend it to our friends and family

Lovely Villa Left on Feb 6, 2023 for a stay in Jan 2023 We have just come back from our 12 day holiday. The Villa is in a lovely location and is equipped with everything , great TV for nights in . 10 mins from a Dino supermarket turn left at the bottom of the road to find the shopping complex with bars and restaurants . We found the pizza from here next to the chemist was the best and they deliver too. The main centre to Corralejo is a 20 minute to 30 minute walk , but if you go via the beach it’s quicker , from the villa turn right at the bottom of the road then a left at the bottom on here quick left then cross over and alley way will lead to the beach. If you like a curry Bombay was lovely. Lobos was a lovely Island , we used water taxi . The no 6 bus and no 8 are the bus numbers . We hired bikes and the 1 near the shopping complex we’re very good A great mini golf near by too , which we enjoyed on cloudy days . Overall s brilliant holiday Thanks

Left on Jun 11, 2022 for a stay in Jun 2022 We have just returned from a weeks stay at Casa Juan. We booked with james villa and would definitely recommend. We had the most wonderful week with our two children. The swimming pool was a favourite for all of us. The location was brilliant for us - supermarket and beach in walking distance(even with little legs)! Also taxi bays were also very close by. (Outside supermarket and restaurant area) The facilities at the villa are truly fantastic. It really felt like a home from home for us. We were able to cook our own meals on the bbq outside or in the oven, plenty of cutlery and utensils and some Tupperware to use to take a picnic to the beach, modern washing machine, clothes airer, spacious rooms, English tv channels (kids loved the sky channels!!!!!) large bathroom, 2 toilets (excellent for families!!!!) beach towels were provided to be used and the floats for the swimming pool were a really nice touch for the kids. Entering the property was easy enough with the keysafe and we felt safe and secure in the area where the villa is. The locals were all friendly and it was nice and quiet too. Overall we had a really lovely relaxing week at Casa Juan. Highly recommend to family and friends.
