Villa Los Pinos

Villa Los Pinos has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living/dining room and separate fully equipped kitchen. The spacious living room has a wood fire and an estfufa de pellets for the cooker evening. Wifi is available throughout the villa.

Outside there is a gorgeous private swimming pool which can be heated on request. the heated swimming pool is available from April 1 to November 15. There is an extra cost for this and this must be paid locally. There are beautiful terraces for dining alfresco and just relaxing by the pool. The terraces receive SUN ALL DAY! There is parking for up to 5 cars.
This is truly a home from home.

Within a few minutes drive you reach the small hamlet of Los Ventorros which has 2 excellent bars/restaurants. Within a 5 minute drive you arrive at Comares, voted a magical village of Spain. It is completely traditional and still has villagers who use their donkeys to vollect the amazing olives of this area. In Comares there are bars, restaurants, a supermarket, banks, pharmacy and a bakery. The supermarket is small but has an amazing amount of stuff, however if there is anything that you would like, just ask the friendly owner Paco and for the next day you have it!

The nearest beaches are approximately 30/40 minutes bar car at Torre Del Mar and here you will find lots of international restaurants and a beautiful promenade.

You can also visit Malaga, Granada and the stunning Alhambra Palace, Cordoba with the oldest Mesquita in Europe and Seville, the capital of Andalucia.

A deposit of 500 € will be requested upon arrival by credit card (in case of damage to the house), refund 7 days after your departure.
Pets are accepted subject to acceptance, at a cost of € 50 per animal .Air conditioning : Pay per use basis.

Long term rentals available from November - March are plus electricity and pellets for the pellet burner.

The minimum age of the person making the reservation must be 25 years.

-Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, gas bottles (if required) and pellets for the pellets stove. Electricity is charged at 0.35€/Kw.

• Air conditioning cost: 30 euros by week is in place for your arrival, after this you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 euro for 1 hour depending on the temperature that you set. Please be aware that air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms only.
