A beautiful villa with 12 mtr kidney pool set in large peaceful, totally private garden with lawns & palms. 5 mins walk to the beach, restaurants & shops. NB. We changeover on Wednesdays.

Overview

This year we are travelling in Europe during the summer months and therefore offer to let our home to selected guests during this period.

Los Pinos is a truly lovely villa , in a quiet area and not overlooked by neighbours. It is only a couple of minutes walk to the nearest bars and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to the beach.

The main feature of our luxurious home is the pool and garden where even in high season you will feel like a million dollars. Here you will be sure to experience tranquillity and total privacy. The property is on one level without stairs which makes it ideal for people with mobility problems.

You have the entire 2,000 m2 property to yourselves. Several nice Restaurants shops and supermarkets within easy walking distance.

Changeover day is Wednesday. Aim to arrive after 0100 and be prepared to leave before 0900 on Wednesday morning. Note: we only accept bookings for multiples of 7 days.

Our beautiful pool and garden is surrounded by trees and completely private. We have free WiFi which is very important for people these days. The guest accommodation is luxurious and has nice views from the bedrooms and the lounge over the garden to the mountains. In addition to the two double beds we can provide a foldaway single and/or a baby cot. We also have our little wooded area where you can sling the hammock, relax in the shade and listen to the birds. The waterfall is another feature you can enjoy as it cascades into the fish pond.

Situated close to the town and beaches
Situated in a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of town it takes only a couple of minutes to walk to the nearest restaurants, 5 minutes to the beach and two large supermarkets. Calpe town is about 5 minutes’ drive. There is a sauna which you are welcome to use if you feel the need – we provide separate shower and toilet facilities. Also extra beach towels are available.

We have a gardener, pool cleaner and recently upgraded and installed air-conditioning in both bedrooms. We also have an additional single “z bed” for a fifth guest or for those who do not like to share a double bed.

Outside we have a fantastic bar with a bottle cooler next to our well-used famous barbecue.

Peace and Tranquillity
It is peaceful and quiet in our villa, just the sounds of the exotic birds and the waterfall in the garden. However, within 2 or 3 minutes’ walk you will find a bustling hive of activity – with three restaurants, and a couple of popular bars. In less than ten minutes you are at the beach.

Having your own transport allows you to explore the area more easily however, walking into town or the beach is easy. Also the local Calpe public bus stops outside Grizzly’s restaurant, just three minutes’ walk away.

The pool and garden area far exceeded our expectations. The setting is quite lovely and completely secluded. Sun is available all day in the garden for the sunworshippers (my wife!) and the naya provides a peaceful and comfortable shaded area. Calpe beach and plenty of bars and restaurants are a 15 minute walk away but the villa is so lovely it is hard leave. I would definately recommend this villa and hope to return again.

We had a great stay in this villa - everything completely as described. It is clean, spacious, and has everything a family of four (2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 10) could need. You stay in a self contained studio attached to the right of the villa (the rest of the house belongs to the owners and is locked up). It contains 2 spacious en-suite bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/living room, but you have all of the wonderfully private outdoor space to yourselves with plenty of seating/relaxing. We loved the outdoor bar area and made great use of the chest fridge. Great communication from hosts (we had a small issue with hot water the first night which was resolved immediately first thing next morning). Nip round to Grizzlys for a bite to eat (call in and reserve a table, especially at the weekend, just to be sure), and we got a taxi into the old town one night (about 15 Euros) and gently strolled back (about an hour's walk). Two good Supermarket are walkable, or 3/4 minutes by car if you have heavy items. Lovely drives into neighbouring villages/towns, but be aware smaller towns close up for siesta over lunch and maybe don't re-open again until 3/4pm). Secure parking facility. The garden is mainly lawn with shrubs and floral border. Total privacy is provided by mature trees, including Palms, figs etc.There is a fish pond and water feature in a shady corner of the garden.
