Our lovely 3 bedroom duplex house is located in the prestigious & popular region of Cabo Roig. Located only a few yards from 1 of 2 lovely pools, this is an ideal location for a relaxing break any time of year. The living area is on the ground floor and opens out onto a large terrace with built in BBQ for alfresco evenings. A fully fitted kitchen leads to a spacious utility area with washing machine, and shower room.The master bedroom has its own large private balcony. There is also a CD player too. The kitchen has the usual facilities. The lovely swimming pool is only 5 paces from the house and sun loungers with cushions and outdoor furniture is provided. The popular Cabo Roig Strip with it's many bars and restaurants is only 10 minutes walk away, with the lovely Cabo Roig beach being a similar distance. Everything you will need is within a 10 minute walk including a supermarket and a car hire company if required.
