Villa ChaletBenidorm is a huge villa with private swimming pool, garden and BBQ. Plot is fenced all around and entirely private (size 800 sqm, approx 8500 square feet). FREE high speed fibre optic Wi-Fi (300mbps).
Please note minimum stay varies across seasons. Prices are always lower Monday to Thursday. Stays of 7 days or longer carry a discount.
Very few villas are so close to city centre and beach. When comparing with other villas make sure you check the EXACT location on a map. Beach is only 1100 metres away, city centre only 1400 metres. There are supermarkets nearby and a bar/cafe just 2 minutes' walk.
House has 7 bedrooms, including 3 double beds, 14 single beds. 3 bathrooms (one en-suite). Enclosed space for 3 cars. Local bus stop just 100 metres/yards away. Marble, wood and other luxury construction materials.
Local bus stop at 100 mts. It is the villas neighbourhood closest to the city centre and the beach at a time (see map). Yet very quiet residential area. Benidorm's tram station is only 1100 mts away, which will allow you to explore nearby towns.
Total plot 1025 sqm, 200 sqm of which are fenced and not included in the rent. Please watch your children whilst near the pool.

When first looking at the location on the map it seemed a bit away from the areas we usually stay in, but this is not the case, the location on the Villa is perfect, its a nice walk down the hill to the old town to the beautiful coved beach Cala del Mal Pas or head right to Playa de Poniente Beach, a short taxi ride to Benidorm square is 7-8 euros and see nice bars and restaurants along the way, there is local parks nearby and local Market and Supermarkets a few minutes walk.
We were met at the Villa by Manuel who was very helpful in showing us around the place and answered any questions we had.
The Villa has many bedrooms and a large living room and kitchen area with all the amenities you need.
The balcony has 270 degree views of the sun morning till night.
A Beautiful private garden area with private parking and a clean pool and area with seating to dine at night with amazing views.
Fran the host was easy to contact and very helpful in accommodating our early arrival and late flight.
Our Family loved this Villa and will definitely be back.
