Benalmadena Garden Apartment Spring/summer 2025 Availability

From start to finish Sheryl and her agent in Spain were brilliant. Lots of communication, very much appreciated especially as we had to move the dates of our holiday from 2020 to 2021 to 2022 due to the pandemic. We were extremely excited to finally arrive and the agent in Spain was really accommodating as our flight was delayed from the UK. Again, communication was excellent. The apartment was just what we needed. The location was great, walking distance to beach, Paloma Park, Arroyo town centre. Spacious for the four of us, teenagers appreciated their own bedroom and bathroom. The conservatory and garden gave extra space, plenty of towels, beach parasols and everything we needed in the kitchen. Would recommend to others and would definitely stay again!

Great location, spacious apartment. We had a fantastic stay in this apartment and would love to return! We are a family of four, with two children under two years, and the apartment was so comfortable and suitable for us. The private garden was a huge bonus for us and we made great use of it with the kids. There is also a beautifully kept community garden with two swimming pools. The apartment itself is very spacious, with two bathrooms, great Wi-Fi and tv, which again was a bonus for us. A stones throw from the beautiful Paloma Park, 5 minute walk from a supermarket, 10 minute walk to Arroyo, 15 minute walk to the beach. The location was fantastic and we loved being there! The main bedroom was quite comfortable, and the twin room had more comfortable beds that we made use of. The hosts were amazing at communicating with us in advance of our arrival and went out of their way to accommodate our family which we were hugely grateful for. This was a great find!

Nice 2 bed 2 bathrooms good enclosed garden, very private. We had a great time and the apartment and enclosed Garden (perfect for my evening coffee and brandy) was just right, we will be very interested in renting again not sure when at the moment. A mercadona 5 mins away. Thanks again and I will recommend it to my friends.

Lovely Spanish Feel: We really enjoyed our stay here. The property has a real Spanish feel to it. It was in a gated residential community which was very quiet. The place was very clean & well equipped with plenty of crockery,cutlery,pans etc. Not that we did a lot of cooking as the walk into town for bars & restaurants was only 15 mins away, through a beautiful park. TV had a huge selection of channels including sports channels. Sheryl, the owner was very efficient with all aspects of the rental. We were met at the gate on arrival by Sammy, no waiting around. Would recommend this as a great place to stay.

5* Excellent location Stopped for 3 month, Dec Jan and Feb, it was ideal for us, close to all amenities, lovely private garden, excellent WiFi and television channels and quiet in the evenings. The management team, Wendy and Sammy, were rarely required but on the few times we needed them they were extremely helpful and friendly. Loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone who likes to be near entertainment and shops but does like peace and quiet once in for the evening

We stayed here for three weeks in February and really enjoyed our stay the apartment was very nice and had all the equipment that we needed the garden was an added bonus very nice to sit in the sun and just relax. 5* Stayed here from the beginning of December until the end of January and everything was great. Extremely nice people, good facilities and a safe neighbourhood. Will definitely come back.

We had recently (Feb 2018) spent 2 lovely weeks holiday in Benalmadena at Paul & Sheryl's garden apartment. My wife and I decided to take early retirement, so decided to celebrate by returning for a 3 week visit to this apartment, as we liked it so much. The location is amazing, close to the beach and promenade, Paloma Park, Selwo Marina & Arroyo. The public transport (Bus & Train) is excellent, the transfer from the airport couldn't be easier, just hop on the train at the airport, and the apartment is an easy 10 minute walk from Benalmadena/Arroyo station. The weather was noticibly warmer than our previous visit in february, and also the apartments private garden was blooming with colour, and the grape vines were starting to grow. The apartment has everything you would need, including washing machine, full kitchen and broadband/Wi-fi which provides all the UK TV stations. We had a minor issue with the iron, but this was resolved immediately by the agent Helen, for whom nothing is too much trouble, a great customer service experience. Also, I had a call from Paul, the apartment owner to ask if everything was ok, which was very nice. Top marks all round. The apartment is clean and we noticed a few items were replaced since our last visit, nice to see ongoing improvements. I would recommend this apartment as a great base for a holiday in Benalmadena. We love Fountain Square in Arroyo for Wine & Tapas, and on the promenade, would recommend The Sunshine bar, Drunken Sailor, Benys bar & Palm 5/6, all lovely to visit and look out to the beach and sea. The apartment was ideally placed between the train station and the beach and at the gates of the beautiful Paloma Park. It was within easy reach of shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. It was very clean and tidy with everything we needed

Just enjoyed 2 weeks at Sheryl's lovely apartment. Great communication when booking from Sheryl, and by text from Helen on arrival in Benalmadena, and was waiting to welcome us when we arrived. The apartment is in a fantastic location next to Selwo Marina and Paloma Park, so a 10 mins walk to Beach, 25 mins to Marina, (and a 10 mins walk from the train station at Arroyo, so no need for taxi from/to the airport) This is a nice quiet area, yet close to the lovely cafes & restaurants at Arroyo, and the busy area at the sea front All the comforts of home are included in the apartment, including all the popular UK TV channels, fully fitted kitchen with utensils, and a washing machine. The private garden is a lovely quiet sanctuary to sit and relax and sun bathe. We have already booked, and looking forward to returning for 3 weeks next time.

We stayed here with our granddaughter and really enjoyed it. It had everything we needed. Great wifi and TV channels, nice outdoor space for her to play and a proper bath. The location was great for the Selwo Dolphins and the park. There are many buses and taxis in the location. The bus was good to go up to the village. If you are not driving I suggest you go to the supermarket round the corner, you can walk back easily. The booking was easy and everyone was really accommodating and helpful. Would book again, it’s a good find and good value for money.

Myself and my wife, brother and friend had a fantastic time. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Shops are only round the corner for basics and there was a Super-Cor beside train station only ten minutes walk from Appmt. if you want to stock up. The pool area is well kept spacious enough to enjoy a good exercise. The Wi-Fi was excellent and worth getting as it means you get Sky TV channels which was a lovely added bonus. We would definitely think about returning as the Benalmadena resort kept us busy with plenty to do and see & the locals were extremely friendly

We love this apartment and have stayed several times now. It is ideally situated near the park and a short walk to the beach or up to Fountain Square for tapas and Tivoli World. The garden is a lovely place to sit and relax, very peaceful and the swimming pool on site is usually quiet during the day. All the facilities you need are there incl WiFi and a new BBQ this year. You can get the bus right outside the gate which takes you up to Benalmadena Pueblo which is worth a visit, about 20 mins away. Thank you to Helen who keeps the apartment well looked after, we have booked for next year!

We have stayed here 3 times now and have already booked again for next year. It is perfect for us - 2 adults and 2 kids (aged 11 and 4). the apartment is clean and spacious with everything you need for a family holiday. The TV has all UK channels and is easy to use. WIFI is strong and worth the £15 for the week. The double bed seemed comfier than last year, possibly the mattress is new! The garden is excellent for when the kids want to cool down indoors for an hour or so but I sit out there with a book and glass of sangria & it is so peaceful. The shared pool is lovely and is cleaned early each morning. The Location is perfect - Very short distance from beautiful Paloma Park which has a great bar with a bouncy castle for the kidsn & a few rides, about 10 minute walk to the beach where there are some nice restaurants along the sea front. A further 10 minutes along the beach is the Harbour which has some lovely restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes a self catering holiday.

Thank you so much for such a lovely stay at your apartment. It couldn't have been better. Sitting in your beautiful private garden was just the ticket. We found everything spotless and the apartment was extremely comfortable. It was so nice to be able to receive UK TV via the internet. We will definitely return for another visit.

Just had my 4th stay at Paul & Sheryl,s beautiful garden apartment. It,s ideally located for us to either go out or stay in. As we don,t have children it,s hard to comment on attractions for them, But rest assured there are plenty around. Parque Paloma just across the road with it,s array of wildlife & lake is the perfect chill out place. Walk down through the park & suprisingly 200 metres further down your at the beach with awesome views. There are plenty of bars & resturants for food & drink whether you choose the main road or beach front. A 20 minute stroll on the sea front takes you to the marina that is a must see. If it,s days or nights drinking Bonaza Square & the 24 hour square are easily within a 20 minute walk. When you have done all that retire back to the apartment. Kitchen equipped with all utensils needed to cook a meal. Eat in or sit in the tranquil garden. Four of us stayed a few years ago and with 2 spacious bedrooms, one with ensuite, large living area & garden never once felt like we were under each others feet. Now the only down side to this Apartment & Benalmadena. Having to leave & come home.

"We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It was bigger inside than the photos on the website make it look. Having the garden meant that our children could play safely outside. The apartment is well equipped and having stuff for the beach (buckets, spades, beach mats etc) available was useful. It is in a good location, which means you don't need to hire a car, being next door to the family park and just a short walk from the beach. The Town of Arroyo de la Miel is also close by. This is a lovely apartment offering very good value for money which lived up to all our expectations. Everything was accurately described and if you need any help with anything all you have to do is make a local phone call. The apartment is ideal for couples and families alike and has a secure, private garden which is a real bonus and would be excellent for families with small children. The apartment contains everything you could wish for from iron to barbecue and is an ideal place to relax. There is plenty of entertainment a ten minute walk away and the beautiful park is just across the road. This was our second visit to the apartment and we would definately stay there again.
