Beautiful villa with private heated swimming pool. 4 bedroom with beds for up to 8 persons. 2 bathrooms, living room, separate fully fitted kitchen. Outside the villa enjoys a lovely kidney shaped swimming pool which can be heated during the spring and the autumn for an extra cost. Please enquire for the details.The pool is surrounded by lovely terraces and colourful gardens. The property has wifi, lots of parking and a BBQ. The villa is just a few minutes walk from 2 excellent bars/restaurants and is a 30 minute walk (an absolutely stunning walk) or a 5 minute drive from the village of Comares which has bars restaurants, shops and banks.

All our villa’s are situated in wonderful natural environment and quiet village areas. Therefore these houses are ideal for holidays for families and groups who are looking for these characteristics and appreciate them. So please note that the villas are not suitable and available for noisy party holidays.

The village of Comares, voted the most beautiful White village in the Axarquia 2018 is delightful. It is 5 minutes, by car, and has bars, banks, shops, bakers, restaurants, Pharmacy and Doctor. There are also more bars and restaurants in the small Hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is a few minutes walk from the villa. Malaga and the city is one hours drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalucia, like, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This area of Southern Spain has the best climate of all of Europe and enjoys excellent temperaturas throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares and the life of Andalucia.

1 dog is allowed but only after consultation and an extra cost has to be paid.

A car is essential at this villa to make the most of the beautiful area!

Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is around 30 minutes drive. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children.
Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants.
Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Med are all about 1 hour away and the drive along the coast road before you turn for Comares is super

THINGS TO NOTE :

-Although final cleaning is included in the price, we ask all clients to leave the house as they found it.
The minimum age of the person making the reservation must be 25 years.

-Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, gas bottles (if required) and pellets for the pellets stove. Electricity is charged at 0.35€/Kw.

-1 dog can be allowed ONLY after consultation.
-Pool heating has to be ordered 1 week before arrival and has an extra cost.
-the heated swimming pool is available from April 1 to November 15
-To fully enjoy the surroundings a car is essential.
-There is a refundable damage deposit of 500 euros to pay on arrival.
- The person making the reservation must be 25 years or over.
- Air conditioning cost: 30 euros by week is in place for your arrival, after this you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 euro for 1 hour depending on the temperature that you set. Please be aware that air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms only.
