Villa Castella is a beautiful detached villa, consisting of 3 double bedrooms (1 e-suite) each bedroom has air-con, a full en suite bathroom to the master bedroom and a shower room on the ground floor, Games room - with pool table and dart board this room also has a door leading to the pool terrace, full equipped kitchen, Lounge and Dining room.
Outside the gardens and pool are beautifully maintained with pergola, ideal for relaxing and/or BBQs and "al fresco" dining. There are also two private sun roof terraces. Off road parking for two cars.
This villa is ideal for family holidays.
Villa Castella is within walking distance of a supermarket, good restaurants and miradores (viewing points) where there are some stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea even Ibiza can be seen on a clear day.
Javea Golf course is only a short drive away ( approx 10-15 mins drive) There are also tennis courts just a few minutes walk from Villa Castella. There are many beauty spots and walking routes around Javea for ramblers and hikers, or if you prefer just laze by the pool or even on one of Javea's blue flag beaches.

Great property with a fantastic garden/pool. If you are looking for a peaceful relaxing holiday then this is the villa to hire! The property is situated in a quiet residential area. You will need to hire a car as there is not a lot to do near by, but a 15 minute car drive will take you to the nearest beach lArenel and the heart of the entertainment area. The villa is of a very high standard and has been well maintained everything you need is provided and more! The games room proved a big hit with our teenagers and the pool is perfect. We spent every day by the pool and visited some of the plentiful restaurants each evening. Alisa the letting agent was a delight to deal with and we will definitely be coming back for another visit.
