The tranquility of the rural surroundings of the house and its proximity to natural areas, make this accommodation a perfect place to practice outdoor sports, cycling, jogging, golf, 2 km from Palm Mar and 4 km Cookies and its marina, which has supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, post office, banks and ATMs, stores, gas stations. You can also visit the old farm buildings of the estate and interest in the cultivation of bananas.
Use of car is recommended, the accommodation has private parking. It has good public transport connection, with a bus stop at the entrance.
