Overview

The villa is located in the area of El Vergel on the popular Caleta De Fuste Golf resort, situated approximately 200 metres from the Elba Palace 5 Star Golf Hotel, making this property a very desirable holiday home for the golfers.

This detached 3 bedroom villa comprises about 110 sq m of internal living space comfortably catering for 4 - 6 people.

The villa is airy and spacious, with a double aspect lounge leading to an outside patio, dining and BBQ area for your al fresco evenings. With stylish décor, wooden furnishings, modern comforts and cooling tiled floors, the lounge has a 2 large sofas comfortably seating 6 people.

We have also provided for your entertainment, a flat screen TV with UK channels including BBC,
ITV and Sky News and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs.

The kitchen is well equipped, with all the necessary equipment for home cooking/entertaining, incl. a Tassimo coffee maker and a dishwasher. Tableware, glassware, cutlery and utensils are all provided for your dining and serving needs. With a separate utility area with washer/dryer.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, that sleeps 6 people in 1 king en-suite, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. Each of the bedrooms contain quality cotton bedding and duvets. Bath, hand and beach towels are supplied.

From the large roof terrace there are views of the sea beyond the golf course, and also views of the mountains to the South west. With sufficient sunloungers for the sun worshippers.

For the pool lovers there is a nearby very large communal pool with card access which is available to guests of the villa.

There is just a 10 to 15 minute walk to beautiful sandy beaches and bus routes all over the island. Car hire is very reasonably priced, with pickups at the Airport which is only 15 minutes drive and approximately 15 Euros in a Taxi. Puerto del Rosario can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car.

Caleta de Fuste is a bustling beach resort with many bars, restaurants, and nightly entertainment. It is a pleasant 20-25 minutes stroll along the promenade and beach front, which leads to the picturesque Marina with various excursions and water sports.
The Atlantico commercial centre, containing the nearest supermarket can be reached within a 15 minute walk, where you will find a variety of shops, bars, restaurants and a 10 pin Bowling centre and cinema.

There are regular bus services from the nearby Atlantico Centre to Correlejo, Puerto Del Rosario, the Airport, Gran Tarajal and Morro Jable.

Property was fantastic. Spotlessly clean+every mod con available. Pam. The property manageress was welcoming +helpful. Every request was dealt with immediately. Villa beside golf course+swimming pool.Area so quiet. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with the children.Would definately consider booking again+take rest of my family with us. Fully recommended. The Villa was very well equipped for a family of 4 to have a relaxing Holiday. Sunbeds were an added bonus for lazing around in the garden or roof terrace. Not too far from the centre around about £4.50 ish.. for a taxi into town each way. The surrounding area is nice and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this villa for a relaxing holiday.
