Stunning 4 bed, 3 bath villa in Amarilla Golf, lovely views, Wi-Fi, private pool and private terrace.
Overview
This detached villa is brand new, and has only just entered the rental market.
Set in a quiet area, yet with all amenities within close walking distance, this villa is well appointed throughout.
The villa has Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
Air con in LIVING AREA only - introduced from June 2024 onwards.
On the ground floor there is a lovely new modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, integrated oven and microwave.
There is a lovely open plan living area with sofa, armchair and satellite TV.
There is a bedroom on this floor with double bed, and a separate bathroom.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom, with double bed and ensuite shower room.
Patio doors lead from here to the balcony.
There are two further twin bedrooms bedrooms on this floor, serviced by a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Accessed by stairs from the landing, there is wonderful private roof terrace offering all day sun and panoramic sea, golf course and mountain views.
The property has its own private pool. Approximate dimensions are 5.2m x 2.5m plus the steps. The depth is 1.4 all over except steps area.
Surrounding the pool are plenty of sun beds, plus a table and chairs for al fresco dining!
The villa has a safe in the bedroom, and one in the lounge.
Location
10 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).

The Resort:
Amarilla Golf is a thriving holiday resort. Within walking distance of the villa there are bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Less than a 10 minute stroll along the coast will bring you to the new marina where there are some lovely sea front restaurants, bars and shops. The main resort centre Golf del Sur is just a couple of minutes drive away (or 20 minutes walk) and here there are plenty more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.
Golf Del Sur has an excellent medical centre / pharmacy.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 20 minute drive. Transport to these attractions is available from the resort. There are many local taxis and we can also supply hire cars through a firm that has an office just 10 minutes walk away.
Los Cristianos is a 15 minute drive away and here you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the relative peace of your wonderful villa.
Property Management
This apartment is managed by a local management company. Their contact details will be sent to you when you book. Many people book, reassured in the knowledge that they are close by.
Car Hire and Airport transfers can be provided.

Our family of 6 adults and 16 month old grandson stayed at Villa pink princess 6 on the 18th May for 13 nights. The check in process was very easy ( requested early check in) which was honoured. We found the villa spotlessly clean with plenty of storage ,good size bedrooms and bathrooms. We requested a travel cot and highchair and both were provided and were good quality. The villa was fairly well equipped plenty of crockery , utensils , pots and pans etc, However for an 8 birth villa there were only 7 mugs, 3 glass tumblers , no tall glasses and most importantly no suitable outside glasses (plastic). There was no BBQ at the villa, but we could request one (24 hours notice) at a cost of 15 euros. We found this a bit bizarre, given the overall cost of hiring the villa we feel a BBQ should have been provided. Having to request one meant that you couldn't be spontaneous , plus it was an extra cost. Maybe you could have a reduced weekly or fortnightly rate instead of daily? The roof terrace was a lovely space ,but it wasn't utilised due to there only being 2 chairs and a small table, Maybe a nice outside sofa would be good up there.
On arrival we noticed we had more than enough towels for our stay. One week in I messaged the management team to see about a change of bed linen and was told this needed to be requested as it was a service not provided as the villa has a washing machine! I found this very confusing as it mentioned in the villa description that we would have a linen change. We have stayed in many villas in Amirilla and on the Golf ( 20 years) which have had washing machines and we have always been given clean bed linen one week in, You certainly don't expect to wash bedding when you are on holiday,

Perfect location for our family holiday! Lots of little bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa. The 19th hole bar does fantastic cocktails especially the daiquiri!
Europa 3 bar and restaurant was good and also the Irish bar, Wildgeese, was lovely with huge measures of gin!
My only complaint would be the pool temperature. It was absolutely freezing so didn't even go in the pool which seems pointless having a pool if you can't even go in it.
All in all, a lovely villa!

Overall, it's a lovely spotlessly clean villa. I would say that it could be improved by just providing more equipment for instance there is a travel size kettle which hold enough water for 3 cups, no toaster, 3 Place mats. This is a 4 bedroom villa that sleeps 8 people, so would expect company to cater for that amount. No full length mirror which I would have appreciated. Pool very narrow.
We booked 10 nights and should have had bedding , towels changed weekly as shown on booking however this didn't happen.
I would say make sure that you get all you're details correct at booking for example we booked 10 nights then booked flights but could only get suitable flights for 9 nights. I informed the company approx 2 days after booking but they would not ammend the booking and I had to pay for extra night, which I felt was very unfair and unnecessary.
