Amarilla Golf Villas is a stunning new development with quality accommodation. Set in an unrivalled location the development offers wonderful views over the golf course, down to the sea and the marina. The development stands out as one of the best in the area.
Amarilla Golf Villas offers private and individual accommodation combined with hotel style facilities such as an on-site manager, laundry service and it's own restaurant / bar serving food all day.
Here you can relax and enjoy good food and fine wine whilst taking in the wonderful views. There is also a gorgeous pool (heated in the winter months), and a gym area overlooking the golf course and the sea.
Each unit has been furnished to a very high standard. This particular 2 bed penthouse offers the ultimate in comfort. Owning probably one of the best positions within the complex - and elevated above it - there is a huge sunny terrace where you can stretch out all day and enjoy the most wonderful views.
There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and patio doors to terrace. You can wake up, lie on the bed and enjoy the magnificent views.
The 2nd bedroom is small but functional. It has twin beds and both bedrooms share a bathroom.
The living room has a lovely large corner sofa with fantastic views. The TV has a unique system picking up 100's of channels around the world including Russian, Spanish, German and full UK TV with films and sport. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
The state of the art kitchen offers everything required for dining in.
The apartment does not have a washing machine but a laundry service can be provided.
Amarilla Golf Villas is set on the edge of Amarilla and Golf Del Sur. A 10 minute walk from the development is the marina that separates the resorts. Here you will find some lovely sea front restaurants and bars. Some bars have nightly entertainment. The marina also has a small, mainly shingle beach.
Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur, the San Blas Commercial Centre offers 3 pretty squares lined with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Many of the restaurants have live acts.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 15 minute drive.
Los Cristianos and Los Americas are a 20 minute drive away.
The air conditioning is available during Summer only (June to Sept). Heating is provided if needed in the winter.

A very spacious and comfortable apartment, ideal for a couple. The location is brilliant being walking distance to many amenities if you wish to venture further than the 19th Hole bar and restaurant down below which serves any drink you want and excellent food. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The terraces for the apartment are very large with a great selection of seating areas and views of Mount Teide to the front and the golf course, marina and sea to the back. They are also very private. The beds are very comfortable and the area is quiet so we slept very well !

With this being a top floor apartment we were't overlooked and the space and privacy was brilliant. The views from the balcony down the golf course to the Marina are fabulous.
The beds are comfy. There is a good shower. The apartment itself is very spacious and has probably everything you need. We only ever had a coffee in the morning and slept there so didn't really utilise the other facilities. The biggest asset are the patio / balcony areas which are great.The patio furniture is comfy and clean. Fantastic views down to the sea at the front and of Mt Teide to the rear. The staff at the adjoining 19th Hole bar and restaurant are brilliant, as was the food and entertainment. We had a couple of minor issues which were sorted quickly and efficiently by the owners and managers with whom communication was very good. All in all, a good week and we will return.

We had a lovely holiday at Unit 6, The apartment is perfect and has amazing large outdoor terrace great for sunbathing.
The staff at the 19th hole were all very pleasant and helpful and the food as great

Amazing accommodation, staff were lovely in the bar great food also. Views of the golf course out to see are really special. Swimming pool was so clean. Definitely will be re booking

Just back from yet another stay at Amarilla Golf Villas (3rd time now and this time we stayed in Unit 6) and what a lovely apartment it is! Everything we needed was available and a very spacious, private rooftop terrace which was perfect for relaxation. The views are amazing and never ceased to put a smile on our faces.
Communication with management ('Jon' and 'Carlos' following a delayed flight was A1 and helped to relieve the stress we had endured coming over.
The staff at the on-site '19th Hole' were fantastic as always (thanks to Sebastien, Lucia, Innis, Angelo and everyone else) and the food was great. Spent most nights here as so convenient and didn't have far to walk after a few drinks!
We highly recommend a stay at Amarilla Golf Villas and we hope to book our 4th stay as soon as possible.
