Overview
Amarilla Golf Villas is a stunning new development of the highest quality. Set in an unrivalled location the development offers wonderful views over the golf course, down to the sea and the marina. The development stands out as one of the best in the area.
Amarilla Golf Villas offers private, individual and luxury accommodation combined with hotel style facilities such as an on-site manager, laundry service and it's own restaurant / bar serving food all day. Here you can relax and enjoy good food and fine wine whilst taking in the wonderful views. There is also a gorgeous pool (solar heated in the winter months), and a gym area overlooking the golf course and the sea.
Each unit has been furnished to a high standard and offers very comfortable accommodation. This particular unit has a large sunny terrace where you can sit and enjoy the amazing views.
There are 3 bedrooms. 1 has a kingsize bed, ensuite and air conditioning. The second and third bedrooms are twin rooms. These bedrooms share a family bathroom.
The living room has two very comfortable sofas. The TV has a unique system picking up 100's of channels around the world including Russian, Spanish, German and full UK TV with films and sport.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
The kitchen is modern and fresh.
There is also a downstairs bathroom with shower.
There are no washing machines but there is a laundry service on-site.
Amarilla Golf Villas is set on the edge of Amarilla and Golf Del Sur. A 10 minute walk from the development is the marina that separates the resorts. Here you will find some lovely sea front restaurants and bars. Some bars have nightly entertainment. The marina also has a small, mainly shingle beach.
Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur, the San Blas Commercial Centre offers 3 pretty squares lined with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Many of the restaurants have live acts.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 15 minute drive.
Los Cristianos and Los Americas are a 20 minute drive away.
The air conditioning is available in the master bedroom during Summer only (June to Sept). Heating is provided if needed in the winter.

This is a lovely, clean and spacious villa. The fully equipped kitchen has everything if you want to eat in, and the outdoor space was very private for relaxing and sunbathing.

We have use click stay on a few occasions now And only properties we stayed in at Amarillo villas two absolutely Brilliant and I would happily stay in Amarillo Two.
I am sorry to say that I would not stop at this apartment again there are safety issues with no guard rail on the upstairs bathroom where the doors open The whirlpool bath didn’t work The kitchen sink if you start to fill it at breakfast time you’d be still waiting at dinner time for it to fill something drastically wrong at the toilet downstairs the flush wasn’t working. We reported this and whoever came in to fix it just turned the water off to the toilet so I actually fixed it myself and another thing. The towels in the apartment will like using sandpaper on your skin, I think you need to use a different laundry , to outside there was a big open gutter Drain with no lid on it walls which are approximately 2 foot tie with at least a 10 foot drop again with no guard rail to stop children falling over so I’m terribly sorry if this upsets you but it’s the truth

Stayed with 4 adults, a baby and two toddlers. Villa was lovely and the pool was great.
We had a few meals in the 19th Hole onsite bar which we’d recommend. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Communication with Jon was easy.
This is our second time in these villas and we’d happily stay in this one again.

Our daughter Lisa is disabled but can walk short distances and climb stairs. So we have to be careful when choosing a property. Unit 1 was perfect for us . Level access from the road to the apartment door with wheelchair. Brilliant ground floor terrace with your own table and chairs and sun loungers which meant we could be outside in the sun whilst Lisa was inside on her laptop and the WiFi was excellent. A sort distance to the nice pool up about 5 steps which Lisa easily managed with our help. Also the 19th hole bar was a bonus great food and drinks enjoying the superb views over the golf course to the sea. A big Thank You to all the gang at the 19th hole for all your Help and Kindness we had a great holiday Cheers Kev Tricia and Lisa

A fantastic apartment, it was large & airy with plenty of outdoor space. Well catered & spotless. Cannot fault it. A lovely quiet pool area with plenty of good quality sunloungers. The staff were friendly & helpful. We used the gym everyday & Jon got us access from 8am which was fantastic. Jon also arranged a late check out which made our last day so relaxing. The food at the onsite restaurant was really good. We found the area itself a little quiet at night but there were some good places to eat. I definitely recommend this complex if you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Great property with brilliant views. Some minor upgrades are required to some of the furniture but this did not adversely affect our holiday. The pool is a little cold and didn’t get much use which was a shame because it is in a brilliant setting overlooking the golf course. We will be back. A welcome pack would be useful.
