Overview

This lovely high quality two bed apartment enjoys stunning sea front views from the sunny balcony.
The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd) but access is directly from the road so no steps are required.
The apartment is part of a complex with three delightful pools. (Two of which are heated in the winter). There are also two large golf courses nearby.

The comfortable open plan living area has 2 x 2 seater leather sofas, flat screen satellite TV, ceiling fans, patio doors to large sunny balcony and wonderful views.
The TV receives all normal UK channels.

The balcony has 2 x sun beds and also seating for 4. The south facing balcony has wonderful views to the sea and marina.

The kitchen area is modern, tasteful and well equipped with oven, hob, fridge, separate freezer, kettle, and toaster. There is a breakfast bar and stools.

There is also a washing machine in the apartment.

The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets, ceiling fan and patio doors to the balcony. This bedroom has an ensuite with shower and WC.

The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, an upright fan, bedside cabinets.

There is a separate bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

The apartment is part of a complex with three delightful pools. (Two of which are heated in the winter). There are also two large golf courses nearby.

Within a 5 minute walk there are some quiet bars, restaurants and a supermarket.
A 10 minute walk from the development is the marina and the sea. Here you will find some lovely sea front restaurants and bars. Some bars have nightly entertainment. The marina also has a small, mainly shingle beach.
Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur, the San Blas Commercial Centre offers 3 pretty squares lined with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Many of the restaurants have live acts.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 15 minute drive.
Los Cristianos and Los Americas are a 20 minute drive away.

I have been to Tenerife over 30 times and this is my first choice of places to stay. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. The views from the balcony looking over the marina are stunning and peaceful. I guarantee you won't want to leave cos 1 week is just not long enough.

February 2024. We chose this apartment in Libra, pebble beach for our winter sun break during February. It proved to be a great decision, not only was the weather superb the apartment was everything we expected. The position of the apartment was great, overlooking the Atlantic ocean in a quiet position but close enough to walk to the local restaurants. We would definitely recommend it and will be returning soon. 5 Stars from us Bob and Eve Mercer
