This charming property offers some of the finest facilities and services for extended groups and large families including gated grounds which are private and secure, an all season private heated swimming pool which is fully tiled and with roman steps, luxury telescopic pool enclosure making it warmer and safer for children to swim, pool slide and diving board. The property is also equipped with 2 comforting and tranquil outdoor hot tubs/spas/Jacuzzi's which are heated all year and feature an air blower and colour changing lights.

Further facilities include free super-fast 4G & 5G WiFi throughout, 7 WiFi smart flat screen TVs with DVD players, two blue ray players, an X’Box with 100’s of video games, Nintedo Wii, karaoke and an English TV box to catch up on your UK soaps and movies.

For the perfect al-fresco dining experience the property is supplied with 2 outside BBQ’s, barbecues gas and charcoal together with an outdoor kitchenette fitted out with a gas oven and cooker, granite worktop and plenty of outdoor seating and dining areas for large groups and extended families.

Additional amenities include luxury sun recliners, thatched sunshades, Nikki Beach style sunbeds with privacy sun shade for the hot summer months, a commercial ice making machine, a commercial water cooler, a bottle cooler, an air hockey table, a champions league pool table, a ping pong table tennis, table football, a fitness room, and much more.

For the infants and kids the property is equipped with a colossal inflatable bouncy castle, a custom made two storey stunning children’s playhouse with slide and sandpit to make their own fairy-tale sand castles, a trampoline, rocking horses, plenty of toys and a heated pool with shallow steps. Indoors, the property comes furnished with, 3 sleeping cots, 2 stair gates, 3 high chairs, 2 baby walkers and more.

Likewise the Scandinavian Style luxury Glamping Pods come furnished with luxury bathrooms and power shower, granite worktop with wash basin, toilet, extractor fans and mirror. Additionally the Glamping Pods are fitted with air conditioning, heating, queen size bed, 2 single beds, mini fridge, electric kettle, hair dryer, USB sockets and a multimedia WiFi smart flat screen TV with DVD player and plenty of videos to choose from.

A good selection of quality road racing and mountain bikes with headgear and protective equipment are also available on-site and can be hired / rented on a daily or weekly basis if required at very competitive rates.

Important Notes on Accommodation

Scandinavian Style Glamping Pods
Additionally 2 Glamping pods are available on-site with 2 open plan rooms with Beds + 1 Bathroom. Each Glamping Pod sleeps up to 4 persons. Each Glamping pod consists of 1 Queen Size Bed + 2 Single Size Beds

For Groups up to 14 persons, none of the Glamping Pods are included
For Groups of 15-18 persons, one Glamping Pod is included
For Groups of 19-22 persons, two Glamping Pods and two hot tubs are included

Guests have the option to book all 3 units or individually depending on their occupancy.

The 6 bedroom villa has exclusive use of all facilities and the private pool which are not shared with guests using any of the Glamping Pods.

The 2 Glamping Pods are on a separate part of the land that the main villa sits on and the only facilities available for the Glamping Pods are one of the hot tubs/spas which is adjacent to the Glamping Pods with its own private space.

The villa and the Pods also have their own allocated parking. The gated entrance is shared with all guests at the property.

The grounds may be shared with other guests and this depends on whether there are reservations for the Glamping Pods for the same dates as the main property.

With extensive facilities available on-site, the owners manage the property like a boutique holiday rental from a self contained on-site office / apartment which is independent to the rental property with its own access. The swimming pool and two hot tubs are cleaned and / or tested for ph and chlorine levels daily very early in the mornings during your stay. The gated entrance is shared with the owners. Apart from checking in, checking out and dealing with any guests requirements during your stay, all renters have total privacy.

The 6 bedroom villa has exclusive use of all facilities and the private pool which are not shared with guests using any of the glamping pods.

The 2 glamping pods are on a separate part of the land that the main villa sits on and the only facilities available for the glamping pods are one of the hot tubs/spas which is adjacent to the glamping pods and with its own private space.

The villa and the pods also have their own allocated parking. The gated entrance is shared with all guests at the property.

All guests less than 14 persons only get the main villa and the grounds may be shared with other guests and this depends on whether we receive reservations for the glamping pods for the same dates as the main property.
