Overview

All the attractions of Aguilas are within easy walking distance from your large, bright and well presented 4 bedroom holiday accommodation in Spain. Including the blue flag beaches, promenades, independant shops, bars restauarants and the theatre. Enjoy a stroll around the fishing harbour, an evening stroll along the promenades sampling local drinks and cuisine, or hang out in Plaza Espana with a coffee and watch the locals.

Henry's Holiday Apartment Aguilas Spain is situated directly below the Castillio de San Juan de las Aguilas, between Playa De La Colonia and Playa De Levante.

Superb for couples wanting lots of space to spend time together, or for additional family and friends, (sleeps 6) Humax box for connectivivty to your NetFlix account.

Henry's Apartment is situated on the second floor with access by stairs or easy access ramp and lift, with Free WiFi and AirCon, plus everything you need is provided for your stay. Jeff and Deb will meet and great you upon arrival, and settle you in, ready for your holiday, and if needed they are available at any time during your stay.

Águilas is a municipality in the autonomous community of the Region of Murcia in Spain . It is located on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea , in the Gulf of Mazarrón within the Costa Cálida , in the Alto Guadalentín region , located in the extreme southwest of the Region of Murcia . It has 35,722 inhabitants. Henrys Apartment sits between the Bahia de Poniente and the Bahia de Levante directly under the castle.

Águilas is known for its Blue Flag beaches and its Carnival, declared a festival of International Tourist Interest in 2015 .

Leaving the front door you are straight onto a small pedestrian area, with a restaurant, and just a short walk to the “Plaza Espana” with all the bars and cafes situated around the main square.

From the front door you can access the beach of Levante within 5 minutes, or a further short walk along the promenade Playa Delicias. Or from the rear entrance you can arrive at Playa de la Colonia in 5 minutes, giving you the choice of the best blue flag beaches Aguilas has to offer, and all within easy walking distance.

And as well as the fishing port there are two marina's and a sailing school.

Being in the centre you do not need to use your car as everything is close by and Aguilas has numerous bars and restaurants situated all around the town, or along the promenades that stretch along the front, and has a large selection of independent shops to enjoy where you will be sure to find something a little different.

If you fancy a night out then you can choose the theatre which is to be found after a leisurely stroll along the promenade, or for those of you who want a lively atmosphere then any of the numerous bars along the front have music.

Right next to a pizzeria. Super comfortable 3 bed apartment. All amenities you could need. Very personal furnishings, a bit like staying in a friend's house. Jeff was very accomodating with our last minute booking. Highly recommend.

Jeff & Debb have thought through all the details for a comfortable stay, lots of bedding, towels, fully stocked kitchen, laundry needs, and plenty of closet space. It was also perfectly clean. I would certainly stay here again.

It's newly renovated, it looks just like the pictures and it has a spacious interior with lovely decorations and design, modern and an amazing balcony. All the appliances are new and work flawlessly (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave). The best supplied kitchen we've seen on Airbnb; Jeff and Debb have thought of every detail. The Internet was fast and stable, perfect for working from home. We were very pleasantly surprised about how beautiful the town of Aguilas is, which we hadn't known about before. There was so much to do every single day! The flat is right under the castle, which was an extra special feeling. Also, it's the perfect base for exploring such beautiful towns as Mojacar, Almeria, Cartagena, Elche. There's also a huge free parking lot just 2 min from it, very convenient. Jeff was fast in communication and very helpful throughout our stay. We had a great time and can't recommend this flat enough!
